The scientific committee of MAPCON 2019 invites abstracts for Oral presentation and ePoster categories.Please follow the guidelines below:• Abstracts can only be submitted online on www.mapcon2019.com• Abstracts may be submitted for oral paper or e Poster category. However, The Scientific Committee has the right

to assign to the appropriate category as deemed fit• Preference will be given for original research for papers.• Submitted abstracts should include original work which has not been previously published or presented• The abstract should be structured (as much as possible):• For Research/Study- Introduction, Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusion/Take home message• Case Report- Introduction, Case Capsule, Discussion, Conclusion/Take home message.• The abstract must not include any tables, images or special characters• The presenters will be informed of the Scientific Committee’s decision via email. In the meanwhile,you can track

the progress of your submission by visiting the “Track your submissions” page in www.mapcon2019.com• The selected abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings• Registration for the conference is mandatory and must be done within 7 days of acceptance of abstract. Failing to

There are many physicians working under very adverse, economic, political and social situations in a small or medium size place. Their work is not noticed by others, neither it is published in established, reputed journals. The organising committee of MAPCON 2019 invites briefs describing such activities from our fellow physician members.• The briefs can be emailed to [email protected]• The brief should be described in one A4 size paper, 12 aerial font, with normal margins and it should

have appropriate headings• The selected brief will get a chance to present themselves at the time of conference in the section

called as the “Achievers of Maharashtra Association of Physicians”• The presentation must be a 5 to 7-minute pitch presentation comprising of 5 to 7 slides only• The Organising Committee will communicate personally to the achivers about the logistics

While hosting MAPCON 2019, we welcome a few suggestions and tips from you all• What are the expectations of a practicing physician from such kind of events?• Can you suggest some different topics, a faculty or out of the box situation which can make a change

in the patient management at your level?• There may be many senior stalwarts physicians, retired professors, teachers of ours who are still active

and remain academicians at heart, they may like to share clinical pearls, things to do & not to do, soft skills & practical words of wisdom which we will try to accommodate into the scientific programmes.
