Contracting Expertise and Compliance
When supplying contract workers to our clients, we take on the liability of delivering those contract workers in a fully compliant manner. In order to do this we ensure that:
The contractor has the right to work in the country concerned
The contractor is registered for and is paying tax in the correct place at the right time
The contractor is registered for and making social security contributions in the correct
place at the right time
The required
insurances are in place
We take total care and control of the ways in which contractors are supplied so as to ensure that no issues of "deemed employment" are created for our client.
It is far easier to address and to demonstrate compliance from the outset, rather than going down the wrong path and having to correct things at a later stage.
