Upload Tech Bid Proposal

Attachment Submit

Enter search criteria then click Apply

The system display the RFX

Click the RFX number

Click Create Response

Click Technical RFX Response

1. Click Bidder Folder 2. Click Tech Bid Folder

Tech Bid Proposal

3. Click Mass Upload

1. Select the Files to Upload

2. Click Continue

After uploading of documents please go back To RFX Response Portal

1. Click Notes & Attachments

2. Click Add Attachments & Attach the Bid PA and other requirements specified in ITB

4 Attachment

Click Items

Fill the Price Field with Total Amount of Bid Price Proposal and Click Save

Note: Revision of RFx Response is possible at anytime before the submission deadline.

Click Edit then Click Submit 5

Submit

Your RFX Response is successfully submitted and wait for the Bid Opening Result

Bid Opening Report

1. Enter the RFX Number

2. Click Display List

3. View the Total Bid Price of all Bidders, 2 Hours after the Bid Opening schedule
