ULTIMATE DETOX THERAPY This intense cure focuses on stimulating the lymphatic system while re-mineralizing your body. This is ideal for reducing cellulite and fluid retention while stimulating the metabolism. A vigorous dry brushing of the body is followed by a seawater soak in our Thalasso tubs. Next, an active argillite mud wrap with tailored bioactive herbal extracts. BRUSH & TONE SEAWEED WRAP This therapy combines our gentle dry exfoliation with a nourishing wrap and lotion. A soft natural brush is used to promote circulation and to exfoliate the skin, followed by an application of our pre-warmed seaweed mask. FACIALS

Renowned for our facials, our custom treatments begin with a greeting by your esthetician, a personal skin analysis with recommended facial type. Each 50- or 70-minute facial includes a thorough cleansing, toning, exfoliation, extraction process, face, neck and upper back décolleté massage, ending with masque and moisturizer. Add on treatments such as the eye contour, sinus, and lymphatic drainage can be done separately or incorporated into your facial. Twenty-five minute facials are a mini version of our longer facials giving you a taste of the products used, but do not include extractions or décolleté massage.

LIQUID OXYGEN This signature facial is designed for those with aging or sensitive skin. A unique blend of pure liquid oxygen, vitamin C and high performance seaweed extracts repairs the skin’s DNA, showing age reduction and instant radiance to the face and décolleté complexion. This is an anti-inflammatory treatment, leaving skin with a flawless look and is recommended before special occasions, an evening out or a formal appearance. 70 minutes | $250

AGE RESTRICTIONSTeens, ages 16 – 17, can enjoy a 30- to 60-minute Massage, Nourishing Rose Aromatherapy Treatment, 25 or 50-minute Ocean Radiance Facial, as well as select services in our Salon. In addition, they can use our Seawater Pool during children’s hours. Adult supervision is required when using our Fitness Facilities. Teens having a Massage or Nourishing Rose Aromatherapy Treatment have the use of the locker and shower facilities only. Teens 13 - 15 can enjoy select services in our Salon only. Minors may be asked to show proof of age. For your children’s safety, guests must be 18 or older to use our spa pavilions.

CHILDREN’S POOL RESTRICTIONS Children under the age of 18 are invited to use the pool during the hours of 11:00 am to closing daily. There are boys’ and girls’ changing/locker/shower/bathroom areas at the east end of the pool. To provide a tranquil environment

for our spa guests, children under 18 years of age are not permitted in the spa pavilions. An infant changing station is available in the pool area. All infants and toddlers are required to wear swim diapers while in the pool.

HOW TO SPAHere are some of the most frequently asked questions to help you make the most of your spa experience.

HOW FAR AHEAD SHOULD I MAKE MY SPA APPOINTMENT?To guarantee the availability of your preferred time and service, we suggest making your appointment at least 1-2 weeks in advance for individual services and 5-6 weeks in advance for spa packages and groups.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?Gurney’s Montauk provides robes (only for guests receiving services), towels, shower slippers, lockers and body care amenities. All you need to bring is exercise clothing and proper footwear if you plan to work out, and a swimsuit and goggles if you plan to use the seawater pool. Proper footwear is required throughout the facility. Bare feet are not allowed.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR A SPA TREATMENT?We recommend you arrive 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment to allow ample time to check in, change, fill out your intake form and familiarize yourself with the spa. This will also allow time to experience the seawater roman bath, steam or sauna.

WHAT IF I’M LATE FOR MY SERVICE?Arriving late will limit your treatment time and therefore the effectiveness of the therapy. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time so as to not inconvenience the next guest, and the full price will apply.

SHOULD I ALERT SOMEONE IF I HAVE PHYSICAL AILMENTS, DISABILITIES, OR ALLERGIES?Yes. Please notify the spa reservation associate when booking your treatments. Allow enough time to arrive to fill out an intake form prior to receiving any services. It’s always advisable to check with your physician prior to your arrival. If you have high blood pressure, a heart condition, allergies, recent surgery or if you are pregnant or taking any medication, or have any other concerns, please inform both our reservationist and your therapist.

SHOULD I AVOID THE SPA IF I AM PREGNANT?Avoid treatments using deep pressure and heat, such as hydrotherapy, herbal wrap, and deep tissue massage. In addition, avoid heat facilities, such as our swiss shower, roman bath, sauna, and steam room. ‘Mother-To-Be’ Massage, Nourishing Rose Aromatherapy Treatment, and salon services are recommended. (‘Mother-To-Be’ Massage can only be performed after the first trimester.)

WHERE CAN I EXPECT TO STORE MY JEWELRY AND VALUABLES?If possible, please leave all valuables at home or in your guest room safe. The Seawater Spa at Gurney’s Montauk is not responsible for items lost or left in the spa.
