• Diversity: teaching corps, world languages

Recommendations
• Provide non-native speakers of English: deeper explanations, clarifying discussions, alternative assessments, reflection time, comparisons with home country practices.
• Explore alt routes; modify course schedule to fit Startalk summer program model
• Build PLCs from the get go!
• Add support throughout the year.
