- Read through all of the instructions before beginning.- All of the seam allowances are 1/4” unless otherwise noted.- Press seam allowances open unless otherwise noted. - Width of fabric (WOF) is equal to at least 42” wide.- Right sides together has been abbreviated to RST.- Remember to measure twice and cut once!
From Fabric A:First, fussy cut the borders away from the center panel through the solid green border. Fussy cut the border strips to 3-1/2”, then subcut: four 3-1/2” squares two 3-1/2” x 10” rectanglesFussy cut the center panel to 18-1/2” x 30”
From Fabric B, cut:seven 1-1/2” x WOF strips. Subcut: two 1-1/2” x 20-1/2” strips top/bottom inner border pieces two 1-1/2” x 28-1/2” strips top/bottom middle border pieces two 1-1/2” x 30” side inner border pieces two 1-1/2” x 38” side middle border pieces twelve 1-1/2” x 3-1/2” rectangles

From Fabric C, cut:two 1-1/2” x WOF strips. Set aside for strip piecing.two 2-3/4” x WOF strips. Subcut: two 2-3/4” x 32-1/2” top/bottom outer border stripstwo 2-1/2” x WOF strips. Subcut: two 2-1/2” x 40” side border outer strips
From Fabric D, cut:four 1-1/2” x WOF strips. Set aside for strip piecing.
From the Binding Fabric, cut:four 2-1/2” x WOF strips
Step 1: Sew a Fabric C strip between two Fabric D strips, along the longest edge. Press toward the darker fabric. Repeat to make two strip sets.
Step 2: Cut the strip sets into: four 3-1/2” x 9-1/2” units two 3-1/2” x 18-1/2” units
Step 3: Sew the Fabric B side inner borders to the sides of the quilt center. Press toward the borders. Sew the Fabric B top and bottom inner borders to the quilt center. Press toward the borders.
Step 4: Sew a 1-1/2” x 3-1/2” Fabric B piece to each end of a 18-1/2” long strip unit set. Press toward the Fabric B pieces. Repeat to make a second unit like this. Sew to the top and bottom edges of the quilt center. Press.

Step 5: Gather: two Fabric A border print squares one Fabric A border print rectangle four 1-1/2” x 3-1/2” Fabric B rectangles two 3-1/2” x 9-1/2” strip set units
Arrange as shown. Sew together to form a column. Press toward the Fabric B pieces. Repeat to make a second column. Sew to the left and right edges of the quilt center.
Step 6: Sew the Fabric B side middle borders to the sides of the quilt center. Press toward the borders. Sew the Fabric B top and bottom middle borders to the quilt center. Press toward the borders.
Step 7: Sew the Fabric C side middle borders to the sides of the quilt center. Press toward the borders. Sew the Fabric C top and bottom middle borders to the quilt center. Press toward the borders.
Your quilt top is complete! Baste, quilt, bind and enjoy!
