PBS Reno announces the inaugural Spotlight Awards – a community awards show highlighting individuals and community groups making a positive impact in our region. It’s like the Oscars, but for people doing good in our community! Winners will be revealed live on-air September 13!
Spotlight Awards and NominationsBeginning in June, nominations will be open to the community. We are excited to present the PBS Reno Spotlight Awards for:
• Extraordinary Community Group • Extraordinary Local Business • Extraordinary Educator• Extraordinary Young Neighbor • Extraordinary Neighbor
In July, three finalists from each category will be chosen, and PBS Reno will create short videos highlighting each. The community will then vote to decide the winners in each category!
