• Roadway widened from 20’ to 24’• Curb & gutter and storm drain system • Paved driveway entrances at all existing locations• 6’ sidewalk along west side of roadway for entire street length• 8’ sidewalk and parallel parking along east side of street in front of commercial area • Utility relocations • Stormwater management (SWM) pond south of SE 2nd Avenue for water quality• Grade and stabilize stream banks south of SE 2nd Avenue
