Increased the percentage of computer based exams to 61% in Spring 2011 from 14.51% in Spring 2009 by directing development and deployment of enhanced test creation software

Achieved implementation of computerized, on-line test item banking system that allowed UMUC to create approximately 27,000 test questions for 275 courses
