GermanyMost schools and colleges are paid for by taxpayers. School starts at the age of 6 there is no intuition costs for the college.

Language tests are given to all four year oldsEach school has their own rules

97 percent graduate from high school and only a third go onto college.Only go to school in the morning no lunch is served and there is a lot more H.W.Must complete at least 9 years of school.
