CMS Joomla! is used to remit complicated web design and management process. The research starts with literature review in persuasive student to adopt and use Web-based Learning, page structure and site design, a pattern for reading web content. It focuses on user-friendly interface and user-centered design. In menu and content classification, researcher explored Thai school website. Multistage sampling was used. 28 schools were chosen. It found that number of menus should be 5-9. Website structure should consists of 1) Page header comprised logo, name, searching box, and breadcrumb navigation 2) Content consisted of left scan column for placing navigation, content area is on center, and right scan column in optional 3) Footer for copyright and post address. After the template was applied by using CMS Joomla!, it found that web developer does not require preliminary homepage layout design, nor complicated modifications of the structure, element, and content management. Abstract
