ABOUT BODWELL Bodwell High School is a private co-educational day & boarding school located in North Vancouver, British Co- lumbia. Founded in 1991, Bodwell High School provides a culturally-diverse environment for over 600 students from around 40 countries. The school offers programs for Grades 8 to 12. The curriculum features English preparation, pre-university academic coursework and Advanced Placement. In two terms, a student may com- plete eight academic subjects required for an ac- ademic grade. To his or her advantage, a student may complete one-and-a-half academic grades in each calendar year. BALANCED SCHEDULE Academics - With the expert instructions of teachers, students immerse themselves into the Canadian curricula and develop critical thinking skills needed for success at university. Student Life - Learning extends beyond the classroom through life in the Boarding Program. Engagement through campus activities and su- pervised outings allows students to deepen their friendships and broaden their horizons. Saturday Enrichment - On top of our aca- demic classes from Monday to Friday, all students attend three hours of enrichment classes every Saturday morning and included in the report card. Each student enrols in a Saturday course each term in one of the following areas: English Enrichment, Global Citizenship, Career Exposure, Outdoor Education & Sports, New Media and Per- forming Arts.
