Acting graduate Tucker Albrizzi has built up quite an impressive resume since moving
out to Los Angeles four years ago.
He is now 13 years old and can be seen on popular shows such as Disney’s Good Luck Charlie playing the role of Jake and
Nickelodeon’s Big Time Rush as Tyler.
He landed the voice of Neil in the animated hit film ParaNorman, which was nominated
for an Oscar.
Tucker has starred in two pilots for Disney XD, most recently booked the role of Shmagreggie in Shmagreggie Saves The
World.
If you think he looks familiar you probably have watched him on the big screen in supporting roles in the films Spooky Buddies, Alvin and The
Chipmunks 3, Hop, I am Number 4 and the blockbuster hit Bridesmaids.
His television credits include Mike and Molly, Zeke and Luther, Desperate Housewives, Brothers and Sisters, Lab Rats, Dark Blue and The Office to name a few. He was also featured on the Craig Ferguson Show, Today
Show and The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
Tucker is homeschooled and when he is not on set working he enjoys ice skating, ocarina, fencing, swimming, horseback riding, and krava
maga.
Tucker’s mom Claudine says, “We tried a private school for actors but its difficult when you miss a lot of school for working in the entertainment
industry”. Congratulations on all your success Tucker!

Update on acting and advanced acting graduate Carlos L. Jackson. Since moving to Los Angeles in 2012 he now says, “I am an actor living in LA.” He booked several commercials for clients such as Southwest Airlines, Harley-Davidson, and USAA to name a few. He also modeled for a Harley-Davidson print ad campaign and was cast in three episodes of the ABC popular and long running Soap General Hospital! We can’t wait to see what is next for Carlos! Congrats.
A big congratulations goes out to acting graduate and former Maile School acting instructor Justin Smith. He booked a role in the very popular film A Good Day to Die Hard starring Bruce Willis. He plays Meyers a CIA aid in the beginning of the movie. A Good Day to Die Hard opened #1 at the box office. Justin shot for 3 days in LA. He also booked a national commercial for Allegra which is airing all the time. Since moving out to LA last year Justin has done very well. Other industry credits on Justin’s resume include Army Wives, Drop Dead Diva, Burn Notice, Single Ladies, Vampire Diaries, and two ABC family
movies. Keep up the great work Justin.
Acting grad Gerardo Ocasio was working for the Department of Transportation in Orlando and his company decided to give their website a facelift and invited him to participate in the video and photo shoots. He said, “I had an amazing time and I felt that I had finally found what I was missing. My enthusiasm must have been obvious, since a coworker recommended that I should take classes at The Maile School”. Since graduating from the basic and two advanced level programs here at The Maile School Gerardo said, “After just one class, I knew that I was where I wanted to be, it was an incredible experience and I couldn’t wait to take more classes. The instructors were really funny and supportive, I felt they really wanted me to succeed. They kept pushing me to reach my potential”. Gerardo was cast as a Driver for a movie called Almost Failures and has booked other industry jobs
and most recently shot a commercial WKMG Local 6 for a credit union.

School President Debbie Wisner

Madison Bakich, 18, is a senior at Eustis High School. She has been
acting for several years. She attended our on camera acting program. She has had the chance to work with many different agencies and landed a few jobs. After graduating high school, she plans to attend a Florida college, continue to audition for work and hopefully work exclusively with her agent as well as having the chance to earn her SAG card. She loves acting and hopes to make a career out of it. Madison says, I am excited to be here at The Maile School.” We are happy to have Madison as our new intern assisting in our kids acting classes as
well as our performing troop program!
The Maile School welcomes instructor Steve Hansen. Steve is currently a full time actor, model and photographer with a passion for meeting new people everywhere he goes. Having been immersed in the Orlando market since 2001 when he began performing at Walt Disney World, he has accumulated an extensive resume. He has done print work for companies including Disney, Universal, and Avis-Budget rent a car. Some of his commercial credits include Publix, Dicks Sporting Goods, Beef O’Bradys, WWE, and Walmart. He has also appeared on Animal Planet, the Travel Channel as well as ION television. His years of experience in the field helps him to market each individual with photos that will best represent them here, or wherever their career takes them
in the future."
Image, modeling and acting grad Summer Marie Kemp is 15 years old and a sophomore attending honor courses at Boone High School. She started attending classes in the arts at an early age including theatre, dance, acting and modeling. She has booked many industry jobs as a fashion model, commercial and print talent including the cover of the 2011 Scholastic Guidebook. Her interests also include family time, reading, photography, concerts (Justin Bieber), and music. Summer is a very active, fun loving young lady with big dreams, a great mind and a big heart! We are
happy to have Summer work as an intern here at The Maile School.
