DESCRIPTION / BACKGROUND
School House Farm is a mixed grassland and arable farm with planning for a 4
bedroom Agricultural Workers Dwelling and represents a rare opportunity to create
a bespoke farm in an attractive edge of village rural position, between Scarborough &
Filey.
The property benefits from a number farm buildings ranging from a recently erected
