Reinforcements to be in accordance with structural engineers specifications and where possible to be recycled steel. Structural Foundations – Each primary structure 300mm x 300mm square precast concrete column to be connected back to its own individual precast concrete pocket foundation. Each precast concrete column will vary in depth depending on the slope of the ground beneath. The rest of the building is to be structurally supported below by a reinforced raft foundation. Steel reinforcements to be in accordance with engineers specifications. The raft foundation is to be wrapped around the precast concrete columns. Ground Floor Build Up – 50mm sand blinding to be placed onto the ground, a layer of DPM is to be lapped and sealed and placed above the sand blinding, 100mm Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) rigid foam insulation to create a continuous barrier which will eliminate cold bridges around the foundation. Then a structural raft foundation is to be put in place with reinforcements to be in accordance with engineer’s specifications, and the cast in situ concrete to be in accordance with BS EN 1992-1- 2:2004. Followed with a layer of 100mm structural screed topping, finished with either a layer of 60mm terrazzo floor finish or a vinyl floor finish depending on the room use. Intermediate Floor Build Up – The main structure of the floor is made up of 200mm precast concrete hollowcore flooring slabs in accordance with BS EN 1992-1-2:2004. This is followed by a layer of 100mm structural screed which casts the rebars into place tying the hollowcore flooring slabs back to the precast concrete edge beams. The floor is finished with either a layer of 60mm terrazzo floor finish or a vinyl floor finish depending on the room use. Roof Build Up – The main structure of the roof is made up of 200mm precast concrete hollowcore slabs in accordance with BS EN 1992-1-2:2004. This is followed by a layer of 100mm structural screed which casts the rebars into place tying the hollowcore flooring slabs back to the precast concrete edge beams. This is followed by a vapour control layer applied directly to the structural screed. Followed by a layer of 150mm Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) rigid foam insulation, to eliminate cold bridges along the roof deck. Applied directly to the insulation is a waterproofing membrane to stop water penetration. The roof is finished with a layer of single ply EDPM waterproofing membrane. External Wall Build Up – From Exterior: 8mm external render finish applied directly onto mesh reinforcement, mesh reinforcement to apply render finish to, 12mm cement particle board fixed @ 600mm c/c, 200mm x 100mm steel U-channels fixed back to the precast concrete wall panels @ 600mm c/c put in place to support the cement particle board, with 200mm expanded polystyrene (EPS) rigid foam insulation in between, finished with 200mm solid wall precast concrete panels in accordance with BS EN 1992-1-2:2004 with an exposed internal finish. Internal Wall Build Up Stud Partition: Double layer of 12.5mm gyproc board fixed back to 75mm steel c channels with 75mm mineral wool insulation in between, finished with a double layer of gyproc board with a minimum of a 60min Fire Rating. Blockwork: 200mm Exposed Polished Finish Blockwork Partition Wall with a minimum of a 60min Fire Rating. General Notes: -All works to comply with current building regulations and code of practice. -All works must be done to the satisfaction of the building control officer. -All dimensions in mm unless otherwise noted. -Drawings must not be scaled, written dimensions must be followed. -Primary structure precast concrete columns to be placed on the intersection of grid lines as shown. - Primary structure precast concrete beams to span along gridlines and to be cast in place with a precast concrete column above and below. -External walls not placed along gridlines, walls to be placed to the outer face of the precast concrete column unless otherwise stated. -Internal walls of the sports hall to be placed in between the precast concrete columns as indicated on the plan. -Primary structure precast concrete columns and beams to be in accordance with BS EN 1992-1-2:2004. -Solid wall precast concrete panels to be in accordance with BS EN 1992-1-2:2004. -Precast concrete for lift shaft and stair shaft to comply with BS EN 1992-1-2:2004. -Lift and stair shaft to be 60min fire proof including access doors. -All escape fire doors to be 60min fire rated and fitted with automatic closers. -Floor finish to be non-slip vinyl flooring and terrazzo flooring. -Entrance area to have a minimum level landing within 1800mm of entrance door. Specification:

General Notes:
-All works to comply with current building regulations and code of practice. -All works must be done to the satisfaction of the building control officer. -All dimensions in mm unless otherwise noted. -Drawings must not be scaled, written dimensions must be followed. -Primary structure precast concrete columns to be placed on the intersection of grid lines as shown. - Primary structure precast concrete beams to span along gridlines and to be cast in place with a precast concrete column above and below. -External walls not placed along gridlines, walls to be placed to the outer face of the precast concrete column unless otherwise stated. -Internal walls of the sports hall to be placed in between the precast concrete columns as indicated on the plan. -Primary structure precast concrete columns and beams to be in accordance with BS EN 1992-1-2:2004. -Solid wall precast concrete panels to be in accordance with BS EN 1992-1- 2:2004. -Precast concrete for lift shaft and stair shaft to comply with BS EN 1992-1- 2:2004. -Lift and stair shaft to be 60min fire proof including access doors. -All escape fire doors to be 60min fire rated and fitted with automatic closers. -Floor finish to be non-slip vinyl flooring and terrazzo flooring. -Entrance area to have a minimum level landing within 1800mm of entrance door.
Specification:
Primary Structure – 300mm x 300mm reinforced precast concrete columns to be placed at grid line intersections as shown in the plan. 450mm x 500mm edge beams and 600mm x 500mm inverted T beams to be used to structurally support the flooring slabs. Reinforcements to be in accordance with structural engineers specifications and where possible to be recycled steel.
Structural Foundations – Each primary structure 300mm x 300mm square precast concrete column to be connected back to its own individual precast concrete pocket foundation. Each precast concrete column will vary in depth depending on the slope of the ground beneath. The rest of the building is to be structurally supported below by a reinforced raft foundation. Steel reinforcements to be in accordance with engineers specifications. The raft foundation is to be wrapped around the precast concrete columns.
Ground Floor Build Up – 50mm sand blinding to be placed onto the ground, a layer of DPM is to be lapped and sealed and placed above the sand blinding, 100mm Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) rigid foam insulation to create a continuous barrier which will eliminate cold bridges around the foundation. Then a structural raft foundation is to be put in place with reinforcements to be in accordance with engineer’s specifications, and the cast in situ concrete to be in accordance with BS EN 1992-1- 2:2004. Followed with a layer of 100mm structural screed topping, finished with either a layer of 60mm terrazzo floor finish or a vinyl floor finish depending on the room use.
Intermediate Floor Build Up – The main structure of the floor is made up of 200mm precast concrete hollowcore flooring slabs in accordance with BS EN 1992-1-2:2004. This is followed by a layer of 100mm structural screed which casts the rebars into place tying the hollowcore flooring slabs back to the precast concrete edge beams. The floor is finished with either a layer of 60mm terrazzo floor finish or a vinyl floor finish depending on the room use.
Roof Build Up – The main structure of the roof is made up of 200mm precast concrete hollowcore slabs in accordance with BS EN 1992-1-2:2004. This is followed by a layer of 100mm structural screed which casts the rebars into place tying the hollowcore flooring slabs back to the precast concrete edge beams. This is followed by a vapour control layer applied directly to the structural screed. Followed by a layer of 150mm Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) rigid foam insulation, to eliminate cold bridges along the roof deck. Applied directly to the insulation is a waterproofing membrane to stop water penetration. The roof is finished with a layer of single ply EDPM waterproofing membrane.
External Wall Build Up – From Exterior: 8mm external render finish applied directly onto mesh reinforcement, mesh reinforcement to apply render finish to, 12mm cement particle board fixed @ 600mm c/c, 200mm x 100mm steel U-channels fixed back to the precast concrete wall panels @ 600mm c/c put in place to support the cement particle board, with 200mm expanded polystyrene (EPS) rigid foam insulation in between, finished with 200mm solid wall precast concrete panels in accordance with BS EN 1992-1-2:2004 with an exposed internal finish.
Internal Wall Build Up – Stud Partition: Double layer of 12.5mm gyproc board fixed back to 75mm steel c channels with 75mm mineral wool insulation in between, finished with a double layer of gyproc board with a minimum of a 60min Fire Rating. Blockwork: 200mm Exposed Polished Finish Blockwork Partition Wall with a minimum of a 60min Fire Rating.

Intermediate Floor Build Up – The main structure of the floor is made up of 200mm precast concrete hollowcore flooring slabs in accordance with BS EN 1992-1-2:2004. This is followed by a layer of 100mm structural screed which casts the rebars into place tying the hollowcore flooring slabs back to the precast concrete edge beams. The floor is finished with either a layer of 60mm terrazzo floor finish or a vinyl floor finish depending on the room use.
Roof Build Up – The main structure of the roof is made up of 200mm precast concrete hollowcore slabs in accordance with BS EN 1992-1-2:2004. This is followed by a layer of 100mm structural screed which casts the rebars into place tying the hollowcore flooring slabs back to the precast concrete edge beams. This is followed by a vapour control layer applied directly to the structural screed. Followed by a layer of 150mm Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) rigid foam insulation, to eliminate cold bridges along the roof deck. Applied directly to the insulation is a waterproofing membrane to stop water penetration. The roof is finished with a layer of single ply EDPM waterproofing membrane.
External Wall Build Up – From Exterior: 8mm external render finish applied directly onto mesh reinforcement, mesh reinforcement to apply render finish to, 12mm cement particle board fixed @ 600mm c/c, 200mm x 100mm steel U-channels fixed back to the precast concrete wall panels @ 600mm c/c put in place to support the cement particle board, with 200mm expanded polystyrene (EPS) rigid foam insulation in between, finished with 200mm solid wall precast concrete panels in accordance with BS EN 1992-1-2:2004 with an exposed internal finish.
Internal Wall Build Up – Stud Partition: Double layer of 12.5mm gyproc board fixed back to 75mm steel c channels with 75mm mineral wool insulation in between, finished with a double layer of gyproc board with a minimum of a 60min Fire Rating. Blockwork: 200mm Exposed Polished Finish Blockwork Partition Wall with a minimum of a 60min Fire Rating.

-Tegral Pictura fibre cement cladding panels are to be applied to the main entrance of the building only. Tegral Pictura fibre cement cladding panels:
-Tegral Pictura fibre cement cladding panels are to be applied to the main entrance of the building only. This is to be a statement wall and to provide clarity on the location of the main entrance of the building to avoid confusion. -Cladding panels to be 12mm thick. -To be in compliance with EN 12467. -Cladding panels to be used in accordance with Tegframe light gauge steel framing system. -Panels are to have rivet fixings back to the secondary steel frame. -Fixings must be a minimum of 80mm from the corner of each panel. -A minimum of an 8mm shadow gap must be left between each panel to create the effect of a secret fixing system. -A mix and match of three coloured cladding panels to be used throughout the building. External Wall Build Up – From Exterior: 8mm external render finish applied directly onto mesh reinforcement, mesh reinforcement to apply render finish to, 12mm cement particle board fixed @ 600mm c/c, 200mm x 100mm steel U- channels fixed back to the precast concrete wall panels @ 600mm c/c put in place to support the cement particle board, with 200mm expanded polystyrene (EPS) rigid foam insulation in between, finished with 200mm solid wall precast concrete panels in accordance with BS EN 1992-1- 2:2004 with an exposed internal finish.
Roof Build Up – The main structure of the roof is made up of 200mm precast concrete hollowcore slabs in accordance with BS EN 1992-1-2:2004. This is followed by a layer of 100mm structural screed which casts the rebars into place tying the hollowcore flooring slabs back to the precast concrete edge beams. This is followed by a vapour control layer applied directly to the structural screed. Followed by a layer of 150mm Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) rigid foam insulation, to eliminate cold bridges along the roof deck. Applied directly to the insulation is a waterproofing membrane to stop water penetration. The roof is finished with a layer of single ply EDPM waterproofing membrane.

Specification:
Primary Structure – 300mm x 300mm reinforced precast concrete columns to be placed at grid line intersections as shown in the plan. 450mm x 500mm edge beams and 600mm x 500mm inverted T beams to be used to structurally support the flooring slabs. Reinforcements to be in accordance with structural engineers specifications and where possible to be recycled steel.
Structural Foundations – Each primary structure 300mm x 300mm square precast concrete column to be connected back to its own individual precast concrete pocket foundation. Each precast concrete column will vary in depth depending on the slope of the ground beneath. The rest of the building is to be structurally supported below by a reinforced raft foundation. Steel reinforcements to be in accordance with engineers specifications. The raft foundation is to be wrapped around the precast concrete columns.
Ground Floor Build Up – 50mm sand blinding to be placed onto the ground, a layer of DPM is to be lapped and sealed and placed above the sand blinding, 100mm Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) rigid foam insulation to create a continuous barrier which will eliminate cold bridges around the foundation. Then a structural raft foundation is to be put in place with reinforcements to be in accordance with engineer’s specifications, and the cast in situ concrete to be in accordance with BS EN 1992-1- 2:2004. Followed with a layer of 100mm structural screed topping, finished with either a layer of 60mm terrazzo floor finish or a vinyl floor finish depending on the room use.

This is followed by a layer of 100mm structural screed which casts the rebars into place tying the hollowcore flooring slabs back to the precast concrete edge beams. The floor is finished with either a layer of 60mm terrazzo floor finish or a vinyl floor finish depending on the room use.

Internal Wall Build Up – Stud Partition: Double layer of 12.5mm gyproc board fixed back to 75mm steel c channels with 75mm mineral wool insulation in between, finished with a double layer of gyproc board with a minimum of a 60min Fire Rating. Blockwork: 200mm Exposed Polished Finish Blockwork Partition Wall with a minimum of a 60min Fire Rating.
