Unsere Leidenschaft

Hut ab! Ein Unternehmen aufzubauen und über Jahrzehnte erfolgreich auf Kurs zu halten, ist eine starke Leistung. Seit nunmehr fünfzehn Jahren arbeite ich bei mbw®. Hautnah habe ich miterlebt, was es heißt, in dem ebenso span-nenden wie anspruchsvollen Markt der Werbemittel vorn mitzuschwimmen. Monika und Walter Both vereinen für mich sämtliche Eigenschaften, die ein guter Unternehmer braucht. Mit einer großen Portion Beharrlichkeit wurden Qualitätsansprüche durchgesetzt, neue Produkte positioniert und der Service perfektioniert.

Nun werde ich als Geschäftsführer, gemeinsam mit Andrea Both als Marketing-verantwortliche und einem großartigen, motivierten Team diese Tradition fort-setzen. Dabei ist mir sehr bewusst, dass das Führen eines mittelständischen Unternehmens eine Lebenseinstellung ist. Wir brennen dafür, neue Trends aufzuspüren und sogar Trends zu setzen, das Produktportfolio zu pflegen und zu erweitern, den Markt zu erobern und unsere Kunden zu begeistern. Dass wir dabei nicht abheben, dafür ist gesorgt. Denn mbw® ist immer auch ein durch und durch bodenständiges Unternehmen gewesen. Alte Kaufmannstu-genden wie Geradlinigkeit, Verlässlichkeit und Solidität werden bei uns seit der Firmengründung vor 35 Jahren verlässlich gelebt. Darauf bauen wir auf – mit Pionier- und Teamgeist und natürlich mit Leidenschaft. Our Passion

Hats off! Establishing a business and successfully staying on course over decades is a great achievement. I‘ve been working at mbw® for over fifteen years. I‘ve witnessed first hand what it means to stay ahead of the course in the equally exciting and challenging advertising media market. For me, Monika and Walter Both combine all of the qualities needed to be a good entrepre-neur. With a large helping of perseverance, quality standards were imposed, new products developed, and service perfected.

As managing director I will now continue this tradition, together with Andrea Both as marketing manager and a great and motivated team. At the same time I‘m very aware of the fact that leading a medium-sized company is an at-titude to life. We live for identifying and even setting new trends, maintaining and expanding the product portfolio, conquering the market and inspiring our customers. That we don‘t get carried away in doing so is always taken care of. For mbw® has always been a down-to-earth company, through and through. Old commercial virtues such as straightforwardness, reliability and solidity have been lived consistently since the company was founded 35 years ago. We continue to build on this – with a pioneering and team spirit and of course with passion.

Mais les 37 peluches rondes ne sont pas que des simples animaux mignons. Dotées d'une face en microfibres, ils essuient parfaitement les surfaces lisses, comme l'écran du téléphone portable ou de l'ordinateur. As well as being charming little fellows, the 37 plush animals in the series have a practical use – all have a microfibre base making them perfect for cleaning flat surfaces, such as computer screens or tablets.
