The fee may be paid in lump sum before 10th March or in three installments as given in the fee schedule.Student being withdrawn at any �me during either of the terms are liable to pay the full fees for the rest of the academic year1. Fine: if the fee for the term is not paid by the s�pulated date, a
grace period of 7 days will be allowed for the payment to be received and there a�er a fine of 5% of the amount due shall be levied and shall be payable by the defaul�ng parent concerned. In the event of the term fee not have been received by the
begining of the terms, admission will be refused to the student concerned and his/her name is liable to be struck off the school rolls . Re-admission may be granted to the student concerned at the sole discre�on of the Principal.
2. Imprest Account: Parents are required to deposit each term with the term fee, the sum of Rs.4000/- as an imprest amount to cover the personal rou�ne and con�ngency expenses of a student which are not covered by the fees. A statement showing the debit/credit balance in the imprest account of each student will be sent to the parents at the year end.
3. Fee-School, Boarding fee and other dues must be cleared before terminal and final examina�ons. Children against any dues are outstanding will not be allowed to a�end classes or appear in the examina�on.
4. All fees once paid to the school is not refundable under any circumstances.
5. Schedule of Fee is subject to change without any prior no�ce.
