Program Manager responsible for Merrill Lynch/Bank of America transition to Merrill Lynch Automated Telephony System (ATP). This year long project was bringing Merrill Lynch ATP systems into existing Bank of America Wealth Management offices across the country. 74 offices were converted in a 1 year time span. Worked exclusively with HP, Cisco, and outside vendors to build backend infrastructure and bring in new phone and data lines to all locations. Responsible for developing budget with HP and Cisco and managing all invoicing and billing. Was responsible for saving Bank over $500K in over billing.
