Inspection and repair in boilers and unfired pressure vessels is one of the key activities in the Engineering & Contracting Division of SERBA DINAMIK GROUP. This service is run by an independent team within SERBAs technical team operating through its subsidiary, Serba Dinamik Technical Services Sdn. Bhd.

2. TOTAL SOLUTIONS IN INSPECTION AND REPAIR OF BOILERS AND UNFIRED PRESSURE VESSELS.SERBAs technical team is ever ready to provide a total inspection and repair service for potential clients during their planned, unplanned boiler/UPV shutdown or even daily routine maintenance.

The service includes:

Preparation of WPS/PQR for respective type of material of boiler tubes, plates etc. and certification of ASME coded welders accordingly i.e.. WQT

Carry out total inspection of boilers/unfired pressure vessels and produce repair methods based on ASME code of practice.

Carry out inspection of critical piping, LP & HP piping and produce repair methods based on ASME code practice. BOILERS AND UNFIRED PRESSURE VESSELS

Carry out inspection of pipe supports and pipe support modification work to confirm the pipe expansions behaviors are as per the piping stress analysis.

Liaison with statutory institutions to approve and witness repair work done and other necessary test in accordance to ASME code or equivalent.

Carry out chemical cleaning to eliminate scaling and avoid potential SCC failure.

Carry out inspection of pipe rack and modification work

Carry out HVAC Duct system and its supports inspection and modification work to prevent duct distortion and leakages.

Carryout refractory repairs and modification to improve heat leakage and improve equipment efficiency.BOILERS AND UNFIRED PRESSURE VESSELS

Carryout insulation and painting work to improve heat leakage and improve protection against corrosion.

Troubleshooting of boilers or Steam Generator performance related problems and development and implementation of RISK Base Inspection (RBI) Program to ensure continuous reliability of the equipment is assured and performing to world class standards.Repair work method procedure will incorporate in safety, health and environment elements. Discussion with clients and execution team will be carried out to ensure full understanding and avoid flaw in the execution plans. Usage of latest state of art of technology tools and equipments to ensure a speedy job progress.
