Circulation StatisticsPRINT CIRCULATION: 12k of the Central Oregon issue and 20k of the PNW issue are printed and distributed per year throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Northern California. You can find them for sale at Market of Choice, Barnes and Noble, Fred Meyer, Safeway, Bartell Drugs, Walmart, etc. throughout same states listed above (which includes Powells Book Stores, The Book Bin in Corvallis and Salem, Grass Roots and the City Reader) and are available for pickup in Oregon. Not only that, but we hand deliver to coffee shops and breweries throughout Oregon and Washington to hit those tourists! Plus, all of our advertisers and venues give them to couples as they meet with them throughout the year!

DIGITAL CIRCULATION: We attempt to post weekly blog posts, depending on press dates, featuring PNW weddings in addition to our Central Oregon magazine blog. You can also take us on the go and find digital copies for sale via Google Play and Apple Stores, with a free sample of our first issue only. This allows readers to view what they will be getting should they order any issue on the app. Currently 1400 subscribers.

SOCIAL AUDIENCE: Our readers interact with the brand everywhere they can. INSTAGRAM: Our main social focus is on this platform with 5150+ followers with our sponsored ads reaching over 40,000 couples. FACEBOOK: 950+ page likes with monthly ads pushed to over 17,000 brides. YOUTUBE: Our videos have hit over 15k views per video! TWITTER: we are there too!

Print Specs & DeadlinesDESIGN SERVICES INCLUDED: You’re busy running your business, let us handle the design of your ad. It’s what we do best. You provide us the text and images and we’ll provide a proof within seven business days.

PREFERRED FILE FORMAT: If you prefer to submit a pre-designed ad for our approval, note that PDF/X-1a files are strongly recommended. The only native format we accept is InDesign CS files (because the format ensures that fonts, graphics and photos are included with the page layout document). Don’t flatten your PDF — web addresses in your ad will not link in the digital format if the ad is flattened.

IMAGE RESOLUTION: All photos must have a resolution of 300 DPI at 100% of the print size. All color images must be in CMYK format: no RGBs, Pantones or spot colors. Any ads with non-compliant colors will be converted to CMYK, and color accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

FULL PAGE BLEED INFO: Keep non-bleed images and text 0.25” from the trim edge or they may be cut off. Material intended to bleed must extend a minimum of 0.125” beyond the trim. Please try to not use crop marks; however if they are used, an offset of 0.25” or greater is required.

AD MATERIALS SUBMISSION: Please email your ad materials to [email protected]. Receipt of ad materials will be acknowledged within two business days. For ad design services, please allow up to seven to ten working days for a proof to be sent to you.

They’re looking to cut through the clutter and peruse curated vendors who fit their lifestyle. We support our advertisers by making it easy for the adventurous couple to find the best local vendors — on social media, our blog, in our newsletter, on our website, our digital apps for phone and tablet, you name it.

WEB ADVERTISING: We include a free web ad with the full price purchase of a print ad. Additional digital only advertising rates are as follows:

$250: One digital ad created and placed on Wedventuremag.com as well as our digital apps (android + apple) under “about this app” and all link to your website, where you specify the link to go. We will also help share the word about your business on social media sporadically.

$400: One digital ad created and placed on Wedventuremag.com as well as our digital apps (android + apple) under “about this app” and all link to your website, where you specify the link to go. We will also help share the word about your business on social media. ALSO includes one blog post to be featured on our website with social media posts driving traffic to the post, as well as linking to your website where you specify the link to go. content directly from you the advertiser, and images either submitted by you or wedding photographers. Word count: approx. 350-500.

SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGNS: As a Wedventure advertiser, your brand will be incorporated into our social media at the discretion of our social community manager.

EDITORIAL PLACEMENT: When you become part of the Wedventure advertiser family, you will be up for consideration for blog posts and even editorial content. Our reader’s trust is our most important asset, so we keep a very strict division between editorial content and advertising. However, just know that our marketing staff will be pitching the editorial staff on your behalf.
