Once upon a time there lived two princes. Prince Edward and his brother, Prince Henry. They lived in a small castle in the land Far, Far Away.

At the lake, on the edge of the magic forest, lived some magic geese called Mr Bo Jangles and his wife, Lou-Lou. Mr Bo Jangles and Lou-Lou are no ordinary geese, because they lay golden eggs.

One day Prince Edward and Prince Henry were walking in the magic forest when they came across some very big paw prints. Prince Edward said, “Lets follow these paw prints.’’

They followed them for a short while. Then they came across a clearing in the trees. To their

surprise were some beautiful golden eggs laying on the ground.

Prince Edward knelt down to pick the eggs up and turned in horror when he heard the growls of some scary wolves standing behind the trees. Both Prince Edward and Prince Henry grabbed the eggs and ran as fast as they could out of the magic forest.

When they finally stopped running they looked back and there was no sign of the scary wolves. So they continued on to find the magic geese and warn them of the dangers in the forest and to return the golden eggs.

As they entered the forest, the wolves appeared from behind the trees and the Princes drew their swords and lashed out at the wolves.

Prince Henry helped Prince Edward slice a gash on the back of one of the wolves, this made him yelp very loudly. The other wolf kept on fighting until he was knocked to the ground by Prince Edward’s sword. The Princes said loudly, ‘’Leave this forest NOW!”

Both wolves ran away and never returned. Along came the geese and said ‘’Thank-you for making our forest safe again.’’
