Opalyn Property Group Pty Ltd is a well established Brisbane based Construction Company, owned and run by the Tomarchio family. Generations of the Tomarchio’s are intimately involved in the company today across all levels.

Starting in 1977 as a property developer/builder, Ross Tomarchio has over 30 years experience in the construction industry, in particular, residential unit construction. During this period he has built over 30 buildings ranging from houses, townhouses and walk-up units through to high rise units. Currently he oversees all of Opalyn’s developments to ensure the quality control is in order and maintained to the highest levels.

Under advice from Ross, his two sons Darren and John pursued trades in the same industry.

In 1998 Ross, Darren and John united to form a construction company called Marcelbridge Pty Ltd and traded as this company for a period of approximately 5 years. A name change in 2001 to Opalyn Constructions Pty Ltd was the most important step in the formation of what is today the Opalyn Property Group.

In the long list of their credentials are such projects as: - 59 townhouses at Sinnamon Park, 18 Units in Newstead Avenue, 23 apartments at Aspley, 10 Brisbane CBD apartments on Adelaide St, ‘Chermside Central’ – which comprises 41 luxury residential apartments

over six levels, and ‘Central Park North’ and ‘Park Lane’ apartments, a two stage development with a total of 117 apartments.

The most recently completed is C1 which is an 8 level building featuring 65 apartments, located on the corner of Kingsmill St and Hamilton Road, Chermside. C1 features commercial space, residents pool, bbq area, theatre and gym facilities.

Savile Row Oxford Apartments is the second stage of the Savile Row development with Stage One – ‘Mayfair’ sold out and due for completion in late 2014.
