• Hierarchical renaming would seriously affect compatibility and introduce serious maintenance problems

• Distance between two coordinates is calculated as follows:
• In Tokyo area, one second of coordinate is approximately 30m.• 0.1 second is set as the default minimum unit of coordinates• thus location in unit area of share the same coordinate

• Define the Geographic Name for ICN nodes-Distribution of routers depends on geography, traffic burden of the area-Coverage of areas for ICN depends on scale of the nodes, network topology, traffic pattern
• Bi-directional Conversion of GPS Coordinates to Geographic Name
• Content publish and update management-mobile content source
• Duplicate Names
