SAP Human Resources Management System is one of the largest modules in the SAP R/3 system which consists of many sub modules like:

DOJ & DOB VV Imp Medical test result will take DOJ as start

date (Prepare for hiring) – If there was any prev

holder then the msg will come like “<previous holder name> ready for hiring” but that just for an information.

If applicant no not generated means department not mentioned

Once generated HR Administrator will get approval request at HO and HURES will be updated.

prompt for delimit vacancies, always “cancel” it.

down box always consult org structure using PPOS_OLD

Do not start new session while creating applicant

Don’t keep probation period empty, its an open field thus fill according to the policy.
