CFA and Kelly can be respectively realized via
replacement of working equipment; casing oscillator is
optional.
The unique truss type anti-vibration mast optimizes the
system stability by frequency resonance technology. It has
more bending resistance, compressive resistance and
vibration absorbing ability.
The big torque rotary drive with special lubricating system
makes sure that it can work in high-temperature
environment, which is available in three drilling modes:
standard, low speed and big torque, or high speed and
small torque.
Special pulley yoke raises main winch pull notably.
The main winch has functions of touch-bottom protection
and priority control; fast line speed is optional.
Auger has the features of reliable connection, large rigidity,
good wearing resistance and fine sealing; the unique
double-layer core tube design not only increases auger
strength, also guarantees smooth concrete conveyance,
thereby enhancing construction efficiency.
Auger extension can increase hole depth on the premise
of non-add auger.
The hydraulic auger cleaner can clean the auger
effectively to reduce labor cost.
The bottom arm equipment can stabilize the long auger
during operation to ensure the exact hole position and
verticality.
The support system in the mast end guarantees the whole
machine stability during operation.
The valve at the bottom of auger can prevent drilling bits
entering concrete pipe during operation. When drilling pipe
is taken out and concrete grout is injected, the valve will be
opened.
The rotary drive multi-purpose key bushing facilitates the
replacement of Kelly bar and CFA; the removable and
symmetrical key structure doubles key's service life.

Chassis is the installation base to the upper structure of the rig,
it is used to install and support crawler travel mechanism, and there
is hydraulic cylinder inside it. The centre revolving joint of hydraulic
system transfers working pressure oil of hydraulic system of upper
machine to the crawler travel mechanism and crawler telescopic
mechanism, and by the telescopic movement of hydraulic cylinder,
the extension and retraction of crawler travel mechanism is realized.
This function can make the rig broaden the distance of crawlers,
which greatly improves the rig operating stability; while transporting,
crawlers would be retracted to meet the requirement of highway

pump and multi-way directional valve with load compensation make the output

Automatic verticality adjusting control technology
The rig automatic verticality adjusting function is developed
self-reliantly. The function module is integrated inside the main
control system, which greatly improves the combination of control
precision, cost and the main control system of the rig.
Mast automatic erecting and lying control technology
The erecting/lying and lateral inclination of the mast are
adjusted automatically according to the feedback of the mast angle.
With unattended condition, the mast can also be lifted and adjusted
automatically to verticality, and the speed and synchronism of the
mast automatic erecting and lying can be changed by parameters
setting.
Engine pump power control technique
Closed-loop control is adopted. While working, the hydraulic
pump absorption power is adjusted automatically by control system
according to the change of the engine power and load to achieve the
optimal match of the engine power and the pump power. Graded
power control technology is adopted to set the engine working ability
according to the specific operating conditions, which reduces the
work intensity and ensures steady operation of the engine on
economical point.
Fault intelligent diagnosis technology
The parameters of engine, hydraulic system and control
system are cycled checked by fault diagnosis device to judge
whether the rig works normally or not. When a fault occurs, the rig
will be shut down timely and the code of fault will be displayed to
avoid more severe damage.
