• STRONG PREFERENCE FOR SEPARATED BIKE PATH / BAYFRONT CONNECTOR TRAIL
• ANGLED BACK-IN PARKING IS CONCEPTUALLY SUPPORTED
• EXPANDED SOUTHERN SIDEWALK IS PREFERRED
• DESIGN FOR FLEXIBILITY & FUTURE USES / GROWTH
