Software RAID-1 (Mirroring) on Microsoft Windows XP:It was really a challenge to configure mirrored volume on Windows XP as Microsoft says this feature is not available in this operating system.

I searched on Internet for an appropriate solution and found a way to do this. I got three files: dmboot.sys, dmconfig.dll and dmadmin.exe, I copied these files to C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers and C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache. After coping these files, I reboot machine. Through Disk Management, I converted both basic disks to dynamic. Then the option of Mirrored volume was available there and I configure mirrored volume.

Hardware RAID-1 (Mirroring) on HP Proliant ML10:I configured mirrored volume to install Windows Server 2012 and configured Active Directory Service.

Patch Panel in 6 unit rack: I have configured patch panels of 24 port and 48 ports of D-Link, and Digisole many times.
