Yard Waste

Recology Curbside Yard Waste Cart –( Optional –

extra fee applies) – Grass clippings, leaves, and small

branches. NO palm tree parts, poison oak, fruits,

vegetables, or garbage.

John Smith Road Landfill – Accepts for recycling:

Grass clippings, leaves, weeds, small branches,

prunings, brush, small dimensional tree materials,

palm fronds, bamboo, palm & yucca trunks (up to 18

inch length and 12 inch diameter.

Bulky Items

There are four opportunities each year for residents (not businesses) to drop off specific items at the John Smith

Road Landfill for FREE. Limit 2 bulky items per event.

The last dates for 2015 are December 26 & 27, 9am to 3pm.

2016 dates will be March 26 & 27, June 25 & 26, September 24 & 25, and December 17 & 18

Drop-off event dates are subject to change, call (831) 637-4515 to confirm.
