&leaned the tra&k) It "as a 'ery simple day, but I learned his'ie"s on "hat bridles should be used !or &ertain ridin% andtrainin%) I ha'e to %et use to the routine o! %roomin% his horsesand makin% sure they are ready on&e he is done ridin% another

horse) I !eel that i! he has to "ait o'er 4'e minutes to %et onanother horse, than I am not doin% a %ood enou%h (ob) !tere'ery horse that he rode, I had to bathe them) It "ill take me a"eek or so to %et used to the s"in% o! thin%s)

about ++++++++++++ is that they sell +++++++ produ&ts in the store)

smiles and positi'e attitudes) +++++++++ and +++++++++ "ere all

meetin% in the &on!eren&e room about a buyin% sho" they had

produ&ts and ser'i&es they had to oer) They dis&ussed the

importan&e o! the 'endors "ho "ere all about &ustomer ser'i&e)

 They "ould %o abo'e and beyond to please the &ustomer "hi&h is

%reat !or buildin% &ustomer loyalty) ++++++ and +++++++ are the t"o

desi%ners that I shado"ed all day) I met "ith &lients and talked

about all the produ&ts and ser'i&es that "ere a'ailable on display
