It all began in 2000The company was established in 2000 and went into production of Electrical and control systems in 2002. After 4 years of development, it has been one of the professional manufacturer of electrical and control systems in the field of industrial plants in Iran.In 2005 , the founders resolved to developing company as an EPC contractor of industrial water and waste water treatment plants, Desalination and demineralization plants, condensate polishing plants, RO systems and all other general mechanical and electrical project in the field of power plants and oil & gas utilities.

Today SAMAN ENERGY has been registered as one of the Professional EPC contractor in the vendor list of main clients in Iran as well.

Tendering Department :This department executes a variety of different tasks ranging from reviewing the tender documents, checking the design, preparation of engineering documents as specified in tender documents, preparation of preliminary PFD and P&ID, electrical, instrumentation and control sections of tender, to preparation of price break down.Process Department :This department's duties include basic design, detail design, close relation with suppliers, preparation of process documents like PFD, P&ID, Site plan, process description, process calculations, and detail process data sheets…Mechanical Department :Among various tasks performed in this department are, designing piping systems, pump stations, pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, screens, gates and other mechanical equipments, preparation of mechanical documents and providing material take off list for procurement department.Electrical Department :Here we do things such as designing electrical systems, preparation of related documents and M.T.O lists.Instrument and control Department :Our experienced staff in this department perform designing of instrument and control systems, PLC programming, atomization department, preparation of M.T.O lists for procurement department.Project Planning Department :In SAMAN ENERGY Group, planning and project controlling is an important core process of project management; it begins as early as the planning phase and accompanies all subsequent project phases until the project has been handed over. As a holistic concept it also covers project steering in addition to actual controlling functions (such as tracking and monitoring deadlines, costs, capacities and progress).

Project controlling is based on planned/target/ actual comparisons using numerous project parameters and supplies the management team with ongoing reports that serve as a transparent basis for decision-making.Specific data requirements are defined during the project planning stage. These form the basis of the comparison between target and performance data that takes place during further project stages. Basic project costing is also carried out at this time. The project is continually monitored and steered during the "implementation" and "completion" project phases. During project handover, a concluding analysis and a final costing for the project are carried out. Potential for improvement is analyzed in a targeted manner and knowledge gained is recorded systematically for future projects.Project planning is part of our project management, which relates to the use of schedules such as Gant charts to plan and subsequently report progress within the project environment.Initially, all the project activities and their requirements or features are defined and the appropriate methods for completing the project are determined. Following this step, the durations for the various tasks necessary to complete the works are listed and grouped into a work breakdown structure. The logical dependencies between tasks are defined using an activity network diagram that enables identification of the critical path Float or slack time in the schedule can be calculated using project management software such as MSP or Primavera. Then the necessary resources can be estimated and costs for each activity can be allocated to each resource, giving the total project cost. Analyzing progress compared to the baseline is known as earned value managementIn order to do all above, the planning and project control experts in SAMAN ENERGY Co. use all their experiences and knowledge to offer the optimum ways.Project control is the element of a project that keeps it on-track, on time, and within budget. Project control begins early in the project with planning and ends late in the project with post-implementation review, having a thorough involvement of each step in the process. Each project should be assessed for the appropriate level of control needed; too much control is too time-consuming, too little control is too costly. Control systems are needed for cost, risk, quality, communication, time, change, procurement, and human resources. In addition, auditors should consider how important the projects are to the financial statements, how reliant the stakeholders are on controls, and how many controls existing. Auditors should review the development process and procedures how they are implemented.The process of development and the quality of the final product may also be assessed if needed or requested. A business may want the auditing firm to be involved throughout the process to catch problems earlier on so that they can be fixed more easily. An auditor can serve as a controls consultant as part of the development team or as an independent auditor as part of an audit.

Procurement Department :In SAMAN ENERGY Group, all elements of procurement activity, from identifying need, challenging that need, considering options, procuring the appropriate goods, services or works, effective supplier and contract management, through to the disposal of assets.The many solutions are available to the economic council, from establishing corporate contracts, using collaborative and consortia arrangements, through to developing long-term strategic partnerships.This Strategy continues to provide a clear focus on balancing two priorities:1. Identifying and delivering efficiencies, but not at the cost of quality, and2. Developing unflinching procurement.These two priorities can be reconciled through adopting a mixed economy approach, evaluating on the basis of whole life costs, and breaking down the barriers to council opportunities.Procurement department responsibilities include maintaining lists of prospective and approved vendors, soliciting bids or proposals trough tendering department, negotiating price and terms and conditions of purchase, selecting suppliers and issuing purchase orders. Procurement assistants work with buyers and perform a variety of procurement administrative functions.The procurement department is responsible for negotiating, writing and executing written contracts. Contract specialists negotiate and write consulting agreements, sponsored project subcontracts, repair and construction agreements, architectural, engineering and other services agreements and service order agreements.
