Management Profile:
Saeed Al Khabaz - President and CEO
Saeed Al-Khabaz is the founder of SAM Trading Services. He
strongly believes the answers to youth unemployment, social ills due to the outgrowths from idleness,
frustration and a loss of confidence in the future from not being able to properly sustain and take care
of families lies in creating a technology that will regenerate itself through multi-purpose use in
multiple sectors of society for job creation.
Saeed Al-Khabaz has nearly 40-years' experience in Human Relations and Private Business. A man who has traveled the world touching the lives of people through his medical clinic in Tarut, Saudi Arabia and beyond, Saeed left a tremendous legacy as a a consultant for Saudi Arabia’s largest worldwide employer: Saudi Aramco.
Saeed, a stickler for details reviewed analyzed employee relations policies; making sure there was a balance between the employer and the employee in facilitating Aramco’s vision. With a high level of cross-cultural competency he was able to establish various employee global frameworks for HR innovation and best practices.
Academic in nature, he provided expert needs assessment, design and development of job-related academic programs in cooperation with benefiting organizations and the program development division. He also served as a writer/editor for business publications related to human resource management.
Saeed brings with him a plethora of experience in events and high level conference planning working with Heads of States, Ambassadors, Dignitaries and Officials from the United States, United Kingdom, France, Eastern Europe, South, Central and East Asia. With contacts around the globe with Captains of Industry, he is truly the personification of having 6-degrees of separation from others.
His motto is “it is better to give than to receive.” Servant Leadership is realized in his daily activities to the least of these. In 2007, in response to the need to inspire hope, growth and opportunity for the

Mohammed Al Huwaidi – V.P. Technology
Mohammad Huwaidi was born in 1965 in Saudi Arabia. He was a precocious youngster and was a prodigy of learning in many disciplines, especially mathematics and sciences. While a student, he earned many awards until graduated from high school and then he was at once sponsored by Saudi Aramco for a university degree. He joined the University of Tulsa (Tulsa, OK, USA) in 1986 and graduated in 1989 with a degree in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics. He started to work for Saudi Aramco in the Exploration Applications Services (1989-
2004) and was escalated until he became a project (then team) leader, during which he earned a part-time MS in Computer Science (Software Engineering thesis) from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (1997), hran, Saudi Arabia. He also published (co-published) 10 different technical contributions (papers + conventions) to industry along with a book (Saved by Simple Logic). Huwaidi earned a US-Patent (joined with colleague Yi Luo) in 2003. He has an unquenchable yearning toward research through a practitioner's eye.
During his early school days, Mohammad Huwaidi was discovered precocious as he did not need to study much to always be the best student in the school. In his fifth grade, his math teacher said: "Alas, a student like you should be studying in a gifted-student school." Providentially, Mathematics was always the easiest subject for him. Being an A-student, after his high school graduation, he was immediately sponsored in 1984 by Saudi Aramco to complete a university degree on a field of his choice. While studying at the University of Tulsa (TU), he received many invitation letters from different reputable firms and schools for sponsorship.
While studying at TU, mathematics was still his favourite subject. Notwithstanding, he discovered his prodigy in discrete mathematics and algorithms when he earned 97% in the first exam while the class average was below 50%. This discovery opened different doors and opportunities and has continued during his practical life when he managed to modify algorithms to make them practical until he earned a US-Patent for solving an abstruse industry problem.
During his practical life that started in July 1989 (Saudi Aramco, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia), he had been exposed to many technologies and systems that include IBM Mainframe (MVS), Cray (Unicos), SUN (SunOS), SGI (IRIX), IBM/SP (AIX), and PCs (Windows/Linux). Migration of applications from one platform to another was active and accordingly lots of broad-experience was gained. Probably, there was not a hot subject that was not addressed and tackled due to rapid technology changes that accompanied that era.
In 1999, he was elected to lead one of the most critical projects in Saudi Aramco. This project was compute and data intensive as it has an outstanding infrastructure setup and a stimulating, world-class research environment. This enabled him to work with some of the best minds dedicated to geosciences and computing research and development in the world. He gained a lot from this

association - in particular, an idea of how rewarding and meaningful a career in research could be. The more tangible benefits have been a deeper insight into High Performance Computing (HPC). Sometimes he spent more than ten hours a day at work, reading documents and trying different paths to solving the same problem. He is glad to see his efforts paid off in the end. This project was deemed to be the most successful in the company and considered to be a feat for industry. Many articles in different languages addressed this project that was considered unique and eye opening. Searching “Mohammad Huwaidi” on the Internet can reveal some of his work.
In summer 2004, Mohammad Huwaidi retired from Saudi Aramco and spent some time in Canada when he utilized his time to do volunteer work and get involved with research and development. Accordingly, in 2009 he was nominating to represent Canada as an Ambassador of Science.
Mr. Huwaidi is in high demands in the world, especially in North America; nevertheless, he prefers to proudly work in his home country and for its people.
