WHAT YOU WILL NEED

1) We highly recommend that you have a Project Management Software, (PM),

program that you are able to utilize. Using a PM program will help guarantee that

you never forget a callback date or time, and it will also help keep your leads,

prospects and sales, organized.

There are several PM programs available on the Internet, and maybe you already

have one that you are accustomed to and familiar with. If not, we have found

success with one called FREEDCAMP. This is a very user-friendly program, and is

extremely easy to learn and use. There is no charge for the FREEDCAMP program

if used for personal use. You can find this program at www.freedcamp.com.

2) We highly recommend that you obtain a Gmail™ email address for this

business, and format like this: “[email protected]

3) If you are not in a professional call center environment that already has one,

you will need to have the ability to record a telephone conversation. This is

important! You must record the part of the sales process where you take your

Customers credit card information, and verify that the Customer does indeed

wish to purchase. In a professional call center environment, this is accomplished

by Third Party Verification, (3PV). Again, if you are not affiliated with a

professional call center, you will need to record that portion of the transaction.

There are several ways to accomplish this, but the easiest, and one that we highly

recommend, is by obtaining a Google ™ Voice number. Using Google ™ Voice is

easy, quick to learn, and will also give you the opportunity to use a phone number

which is dedicated to your sales efforts. You will be able to set up a custom ring

tone for business calls so that you know right away if an incoming call is a

personal call or an all-important call back from an excited prospect. Google ™

Voice is also a free service, and absolutely vital for you to have. You can learn all

about the service and get your own account by visiting www.voice.google.com,

and see below for more information.

To set up a new Google Voice Number:

1. On your computer, go to www.google.com/voice 2. Sign in to your Google Account. 3. Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. 4. Search by city or area code for a number. Google Voice doesn't offer 1-800

numbers. If there aren't any numbers available in the area you want, try somewhere nearby.

5. Next to the number you want, click Select. Follow the instructions. 6. After setting up Google Voice, you can link another phone number.

To record a phone conversation in Google Voice:

1. Answer a call to your Google Voice number. 2. To start recording, tap 4. All participants hear an announcement that the

recording has begun. Note: In the state of Massachusetts, you cannot record the taking of the

CC#, stop the recording and then restart after the number is given.

3. To stop recording, tap 4. All participants hear an announcement that the recording has ended.

4. Hanging up also ends the recording. 5. You can find your recordings in the Voicemail tab.

As Google Voice is not available internationally, here are additional alternatives:

(Note: depending on your location, you must get consent from one or all of the

parties to a phone call or conversation before recording it.)

Record with Skype: MP3 Skype Recorder (for Windows) or ECAMM (for Mac)

Go Daddy Smartline https://www.godaddy.com/smartline/second-phone-number

Toll Free Forwarding https://tollfreeforwarding.com/ (See the “Outside US” link at

the top).

You can also do a search for ‘record a phone call’ with options depending if you

are using a landline, VOIP, or iPhone or Android smartphone.

LEADS

If you would like free leads for small businesses, please send an email to

[email protected] . The subject line MUST say: BUSINESS LEADS PLEASE.

Give us your name and the STATE that you are located in, and a CITY OR ZIPCODE

FOR THE CITY OR AREA you want to call, and we will send you 100 small business

owner leads in the US. Give us a day or two, and we will send your leads at no

charge.

We suggest that you request leads in the state or states nearest you, but if you

are planning a trip, you might be able to write that trip off by calling on a few

prospects. Talk to your accountant or tax advisor, but for US citizens, this is very

much a common practice.

After you’ve used contacted and followed up on these leads, feel free to send

another email requesting additional leads (again, include your name, state, city,

and zipcode you want to call).

And with the leads it is a numbers game. While you might not receive the results

immediately that you are after, get started! Your presentation and message, even

when you don't speak to someone, will flow better and improve - make each call

with enthusiasm!

All leads where you left a message you will want to call at least 3x. After the first

call where you leave a message, try again 2-3 days later and then another few

days or a week later.

Start out with "I left you a message on xxxx day and this is too important for you

to miss out" or "I wanted to call you again and also mention xxxxxxx benefit" or "I

wanted to check if you have had a chance to watch the video" or "I'm calling again

to see if you had any questions on the message I left for you on xxxxxxx date"

You can also request new leads and be calling those at the same time, so you will

want to keep track and make notes about those where you have left a message,

when speaking with someone always make notes about your conversation.

PRESENTATION

We hired a professional telemarketing script writer to prepare for us a two-step

script approach. You should be familiar with all sales presentation media, to the

point of memorization. You should never sound as if you are reading from a

prepared script of course, but with adequate preparation, you will become so

familiar and comfortable with the materials so that it will sound like natural

conversation.

The first step is the introductory call. This call invites your prospect to watch a

simple video. Make no mistake about it… THE VIDEO VIRTUALLY DOES ALL OF

THE SELLING FOR YOU! It even reminds your prospect to be ready for the second

call you are going to make to them. You will have already set the date and time

for that second call by the end of the first call.

If the answer is no, do not criticize. Simply ask when they will have a chance to

review it. When you have this information simply re-enforce the benefits of the

APP. Reset a time to call back.

If the answer is YES, ask this, “What did you like about the video?”

(Give them plenty of space to give you an answer. They will tell you, if you listen

carefully, exactly how to put the APP in their hands. The frame work for the rest of

the presentation will be easy if you do not rush this part. )

Your personal APP developer can have your Personalized APP ready for you in 1 to

3 weeks lead time. As I mentioned on our 1st call, that the cost to participate with

us is very reasonable.

(The response you are looking for is a question “how much is this going to cost?”

whatever the response is from your client is give a Big Thank You and move

You also need to know our professional staff will set up your APP and have it in

your hands with only 1 to 3 week lead time. Remember, everyone - and I do mean

everyone - is utilizing this technology to increase their business. In short, this

means 90% of all business will be done this way. Things are evolving rapidly, in

the marketplace. This is more important to you than any of the tools you are

currently using, (use prospect’s name).

I just need a little bit of information from you to get this APP in your hands and

working for you. I need to have your current website address to model your APP

after the website. If you do not have a website, your personal APP Developer

will email you a short questionnaire so that they can get started quickly.

(You will need the customer’s name, name of business, Phone number - day and

night, and business address. Then you need the credit card number, the

expiration date, and the CVC code, and the billing address of the card and the

name as it appears on the card.)

has the answers, use it as a guide. Once you have thoroughly reviewed the

PROSPECT Q&A AND Questionnaire

These are questions YOU may be asked by the prospect and below each

question is the answer you would give. Be familiar with them and have these

pages handy until you know them by heart.

1. What if I want to make a change? Your Personal APP developer will discuss with you any changes that you need. He or she will quote you a modest price for any changes. 2. Can I make changes on my own? Yes! With your App set up, you will receive a back office with training videos and instructions showing you how to make any changes you desire, plus how to use the text and connect messaging features- simply and easily on your own. 3. How will I be able to contact my APP developer? You will receive a welcome/Thank you letter by email, which will give you the contact information, phone number, email and name of your personal APP developer. This individual will be your personal APP developer from start to finish. 4. Can I add phone #s to send text messages to people, to my personal control panel on my own? I'm sorry, no, The FCC has made doing that illegal. 5. How do I send out text messages?

It’s really simple. You will have a control panel for that to just type in your message and press send. The training videos in your back office will cover this for you, as well as easy instructions on the control panel.

(CONTINUED) 8. What if I want to offer a special promotion, coupons, or discount? There is a page for this on your App. Your App Developer will discuss with you the content for this page for a special promotion or discount. After our initial customization of your App is complete, you can change the content on this page yourself (it’s easy - we teach you how with a short video in your back office), or your assigned App Developer can change the special promotion page anytime for $65.00. 9. What is the refund/cancellation policy on the Silent Salesman™ App? With phone, online, and in-person orders there is a three day right of rescission to cancel and get a complete refund. After three days there is a no refund, no cancellation policy as planning, preparation, and layout are done immediately once sent to the App Developer - with a large amount of work that goes into each custom build even before the first word is added. But, we do not have a contract minimum for the monthly $99 charge – we feel once you start utilizing your app the value will speak for itself and the last thing you would want is to lose that connection with your customers. 10. Is there a refund after the Silent Salesman™ App is received by the client? No. The work has been done. But we do allow the client to request any changes they wish to have made with no charge during the first seven days after receipt. (It’s like having someone paint your house, you don’t ask for a refund after the job is done. But a good painter will work with you to make sure you are satisfied, just like we do.) But, we do not have a contract minimum for the monthly $99 charge – we feel once you start utilizing your app the value will speak for itself and the last thing you would want is to lose that connection with your customers.

SUBMITTING THE ORDER

Now that you have closed the deal, submitting the order couldn’t be easier!

Send the Prospect to:

www.OrderSilentSalesman.com

Make SURE that you go there with them if they can log on now, and make sure

you go over the simple order form with them.

Offer to go over the order form with them while you are on the phone because

there are a couple of things that you want to help them with, but don’t say what

those things are! What you’ll want to help them with is the URL for their

business, and your name in the referral field. All this is just to make sure that

they go to the order form and not use “I’ll order online later” as an excuse to end

the call (this is a common way for a Prospect to “blow you off” by saying that they

will order later).

If you can’t get them to log on now, ask when they will have time, and give your

phone number to them to call when they are there should they have questions,

and make sure to use your name in the “App Broker” field.

Upon receipt of the completed order form and payment, your Customer will

receive an email assigning them their own personal Professional App Developer,

and their App Developer’s contact information. You can let your Customer know

that their App Developer will reach out to them first.

Once their Silent Salesman Mobile App is built, your Customer will also receive a

20-page Reference Guide, and login information to their own personal back office

where they will be able to send out announcements, text messages and/or push

notifications. Your Customer is even able to modify their App by following the

step-by-step instructions provided in the Reference Guide, or easy to follow

videos available in their back office. Your Customer can always contact their App

Developer for any assistance required.

Should your Prospect want to see what their Customized back Office will look like,

give them this link:

There you will find screen shots of a sample Back Office like your Customer will

receive. Note that this back office is NOT active, but is to be used merely for

demonstration purposes. Each Customer will receive their custom App, with an

activated, password protected custom back office.

These are Corporate Customers, and you are not allowed to offer ANY other

product or service to these Customers without the express written consent of

the corporate office.

NOTE: If you wish to have a printed order form for phone sales, you MUST record

this part of the sales process per merchant account rules. You MUST record the

portion of the closing process where you get the Customers approval of the sale

and to charge his/her card. As mentioned earlier in this guide, you may do so by

following the directions given you when you sign up for your Google ™ Voice

account. It is very important that you retain these recordings!

If using for in-person sales you must have the customer sign the form. This is for

your protection as well as ours.

There you will find screen shots of a sample Back Office like your Customer will receive. Note that this back office is NOT active, but is to be used merely for demonstration purposes. Each Customer will receive their custom App with an activated, password protected custom back office. Is there a limit to how many people the notifications can be sent to from the owner’s app? No. Neither the number of people to send to, nor the number of messages sent, has a limit. What is the approximate time to present and close an app sale on the second call? It depends. In the first call script you set the appointment with the prospect that is a day & time that works for them. Be sure to call at that time! If you do not reach them at that time or you get a voicemail message, leave a message that you are calling them back as scheduled, and that you will try them again at (leave a specific day/time). Also give the video website, and your name & phone # if they wish to call you back first. Repeat your phone # at least twice, slowly. Can I build the App myself? As a Silent Salesman™ Broker, you are not permitted to build an app for a client. Only App Developers do this – no exceptions! I am not in the U.S., can I still get the business leads? Our lead database is for U.S. leads only. For other countries, do a search online for “business leads +++” with the “+++” being the country you want the leads in, or just use your local yellow pages. It really is that simple! What types of businesses should I contact? Home-based, Small, or Medium-sized businesses. Large businesses and corporations have their own IT departments, you want to concentrate on businesses that needs these services they cannot provide themselves as they are focusing on their own business. Can I offer other services I have available to my clients? These are Corporate Customers, and you are not allowed to offer ANY other product or service to these Customers without the express written consent of the corporate office. When and how will I get paid? You will be paid the 3rd week of the following month of when your submitted app order was completed. If you are in the U.S. you must complete this W-9 form and scan and email or mail in before you receive payment. What is the price of the Silent Salesman™ APP?

Silent Salesman™ APP Price: $250.00 the first month and starting the second

month and ongoing, a $99 monthly maintenance and messaging fee.

What is the commission breakdown?

First Month:

Initial Price paid by customer of $250.00 and sale is made by Sales Broker:

$200.00 to Sales Broker

Initial Price paid by customer of $250.00 and sale is made by Associate Broker:

$100 to Associate Broker and $100 to Sponsoring Sales Broker

Second Month and Ongoing Fee $99.00 per month:

For sales made by Sales Broker, he/she will receive $25 monthly as long as the

customer remains a customer.

For sales made by Associate Sales Broker he/she will receive $12.50 monthly, and

his/her Sponsoring Sales Broker will receive $12.50 monthly, as long as the

customer remains a customer.

And what does this mean for you?

For sales made by Sales Broker, over the first year that means a Sales Broker will

earn $475.00 and continue to earn $300.00 each year the customer remains a

Silent Salesman client.

For sales made by Associate Sales Broker, over the first year the Sales Broker will

earn $237.50 and the Associate Sales Broker will earn $237.50! Plus each will

continue to earn $150.00 each year the customer remains a Silent Salesman

client.
