2012 Total UK sold to Rontec UK (Mr Gerald Ronson) and most sites transferred to Shell UK.
2013 Operated one Petrol Filling Station site under the banner of Esso Shop & Drive for Rontec, offering COSTA Express, 24 hour operation, increasing turnover more then 50 %.
