How to Register : Please complete a registration form and return it to your child’s teacher or the of-
fice. Class availability is on a first come first serve basis. Once a class has
reached its maximum enrollment no other applications will be accepted for that ses-
sion. Please use a blue or black ink pen and press firmly when completing your regis-
tration form. Copies will be made from the completed form for confirmation purpos-
es. Payment Information: Checks should be made payable to SEAS Learning Adventures. Please submit an in-
dividual check for each class. Cash payments are accepted as well. Payment must
accompany your registration form(s) in order to secure class placement.
Scholarship funds are available on a limited basis. Please contact Miss Widner
at 432-4001 or [email protected] for availability.
Please remember that participating in Learning Adventures is a privilege earned by well behaved students who are courteous and respectful at all times to their in-structors and peers. Class Confirmation: A confirmation listing your child’s Learning Adventures class(es) will be sent home
with your child. This confirmation will be a copy of your enrollment form. Please
check the form carefully to make sure your child has been enrolled in the class(es)
he/she requested. If your child did not get into a class because it was full or can-
celled, we will make a note on that form. We will also attempt to contact you be-
fore to discuss other class options. There is a comprehensive calendar of the
Learning Adventure classes on the school’s website for you to reference. Please
mark these dates on your calendar when you receive the confirmation. This will
be your only reminder!
On the day of the class, please send in a note to your child’s teacher stating that he/she is attending a Learning Adventures class. Please also let the teacher know what transportation arrangements have been made. Your child will not be allowed to stay without a note!
Class Cancellations: Parents will be notified if any activity is cancelled for any reason. Please be sure to
list a daytime telephone number and an alternate number so the instructor can con-
tact you if necessary. If school is cancelled or dismissed early due to bad weather,
there will be no Learning Adventures classes. Instructors may occasionally have to
cancel a class. Make-up classes will be scheduled. After registration ends, refunds will only be issued if the class is cancelled or your child does not get into a class he/she selected. Please check your calendar carefully before registering. Class Arrival and Pick-up:
