HIGHLIGHTSDräger Flame 5000 Flame DetectorThe Flame 5000 is a unique EExd colour imagingflame detector.Using live video signals rather than radiation as its detection principle renders the Flame 5000immune from false alarm, commonly associated with infra-red & ultra-violet technology.Whilst it is not necessary to use the video output fordetection, using this facility can greatly improveorganisations response time to dangerous situations, visual confirmation of flame can eradicate the needto send personnel into hazardous situations. The Flame 5000 can be used as a stand alonedevice with the use of integral relay outputs, orintegrated into a system using a 0 to 20 ma signal.

HIGHLIGHTSDräger Polytron IR Gas DetectorThe Polytron IR is an EExd point of use infraredflammable gas detector. With two infrared wavelengths available, the range ofgasses is significantly increased and enables meas -urement of flammable gasses in %lel, % v/v or ppm.Calibration is simple, common calibration gassescan be used, and the target gas selected from theinternal memory, accurate adjustment is automatic.False alarm immune operation gives the device aSIL2 verification meaning it is suitable for functionalsafety applications.

Dräger Polytron Pulsar 2 open Path Gas DetectorThe Pulsar 2 is a flame proof infrared hydrocarbongas detector.Detecting gas using an infrared open path or “line ofsight” beam of up to 200 m, it is ideal for large areacoverage, in perimeter monitoring for example.Heated optics, beam block and dirty optics warningtogether with sophisticated algorithms mean thePulsar is Immune to external influences such as solarradiation, arc welding or stack flares. This false alarmimmune operation has earned it a SIL 2 verification.

HIGHLIGHTSDisposable cylindersYou can take these conveniently small, disposable cylinders with you wherever you go, which makes function (bump) testing your portable detectors and gas detection systems even easier. Because thesecylinders are only filled once, you always receive a new cylinder. Another advantage of the disposable cylinders is the fact that they do not need to be returned – once empty, you can simply dispose of them in an environmentally-friendly manner such aswith metal waste. This means no rental or transport costs to return the cylinders.

HIGHLIGHTS

HIGHLIGHTS

RegulatorsYou can choose between different types of regulators for different applications. All regulators fit the shown cylinder types and have a preset flow rate of 0.5 liter/minute.

Calibrate or function (bump) test an instrument without an internal pump: model 715.

Gas detection instrument with an internal pump which calibrate or function (bump) test: the on-demand regulator for manually calibrate or function (bump) test.

Only check gas detection instrument: the trigger regulator

- no need to be returned, just simply dispose them

- available for CH4, N2, NO2, NO, O2, C5H12, PH3, C3H8, SO2 and many others

- easy to use- reliable results- automatic calibration- mobile station, to be used at any location

Dräger Bump Test StationThe Bump Test Station has no requirement of any power source and can thus be used at any location. The easy to use Bump Test Station checks whether the instrument in question is responding to a known concentration of gas. The gas provided by the Bump Test Station flows through the dust and water filter to the sensor(s) confirming correct functionality of the gas detector ensuring compliance with country-specific requirements and regulations, standards, recommendations, etc.
