Book Sales and the Student Expo will be closed during sessions.

With the advent of smartphones and digital cameras, capturing still and motion pictures as well as audio for personal use has never been easier. To avoid distractions and to protect the privacy of all of our conference attendees, speakers, and guests, please limit your shots to speakers and events taking place on the platform or to group shots with the permission of those being photographed. Authorized event photographers will be clearly identified. Unauthorized video or audio recording for retrieval of any type is not allowed at any time for any reason. Anyone in violation of these guidelines will be asked to delete shots or footage including digital content obtained in violation of the guidelines and to follow the guidelines.

Session EtiquettePlease conclude all visiting and return to your seats when the music starts at the beginning of each session. Except for bottled water, food and beverages are not allowed in the seating area. Please turn all pagers and cell phones to “vibrate” or “off.”

Please do not leave personal items in the Chuch Sanctuary overnight. Any items left will be placed in the Lost-and-Found located at the ATI Information Table in the Church Lobby.

Families With Young ChildrenThe Family Viewing Area is available in a room off the Church Lobby for young children who are unable to quietly attend the main session.
