PIPELINE REHABILITATION TECHNOLOGY

A joint venture technology with Anticorrosion Protective System (APS), provides engineering and installation of close-fit HDPE structural and thin walled liners by die-reduction, for the pro-tection against internal pipeline corrosion and for rapid and effective rehabilitation of corroded and leaking pipelines. This proven lining meth-ods coupled with the most modern plastic ma-terials, many sizes and service conditions can be catered for.

composite repair solution, reinforces pipes by containing hoop and axial loads. The For-maShield system features epoxy resin and tri-axial glass fiber reinforcement and can be applied on site, allowing the system to be customized for operations in aggressive en-vironments. The system is ILI detectable and

meets ASME PCC-2 and ISO 24817 standards.

Saad Al Essa Industrial Valve Ser-vices (SAIVS) offers total valve care solutions that will reduce the overall costs of repairing and re-placing of valves. We offer a wide variety of specialized valve main-tenance products developed for the oil & gas industry that protect and prolong the service life of a valve. In addition, SAIVS provides both reactive and preventive on-line valve lubrication and sealing services, which will reduce the costs resulting from timely shut-down and production cut-off.
