Paper Plate Puzzles

Cut paper plates in half creating edges that fit together like

puzzle pieces. Draw dots, tally marks, or domino

representations for each number 0 - 20 on one half of

each plate. Then, sort through the sets and write the correct

number on the piece that matches and fits like a puzzle.

Sentence Checklist

Write 2-3 sentences describing something you can do in the Spring but not in the Winter.

*Draw small “circles” for your meatball spaces between each word in the sentences.*Underline your capital letter at the beginning.*Draw a “square” around your punctuation at the end. *Put an “x” above each correctly spelled sight word.

When you are finished send a picture to your teacher on

SeeSaw.

The student will build words that are on the list, but encourage them to think of at least 1-2 words not on the list. They may glue them down and write the word next to the word they built with the letter cards/magnetic letters.(make, cake, bake, take)

Think of a question you have about the book you listened to. Send your question (or a video of you asking) to your teacher in Seesaw. Mrs. Killebrew will create a new video of all the

questions and answers asked.

Spoon Match

Draw dots or tally marks representing each number from

0 - 25 on a set of plastic spoons. Next, write the

numbers from 0 -25 on an additional set of plastic spoons. Than, match the spoon with the set to the correct spoon with the

matching number.

Which One is Right?

Read the following sentences:

When you are done send a video to your teacher on

SeeSaw telling which sentence is written correctly and why.
