Ready to keep on daring greatly in the 2021-2022 school year? YES!!

While we have many unknowns, we have conquered adapting to new ways of learning and operating. We will continue to meet the needs of our students and families rooted in our SMCS mission, no matter what.

Early Childhood? 2 Year Old Program New for 2020-2021, we are considering starting a 2 year old program if we have interest. If you have younger students, please let us know on the application below.

Summer Fun, Sports Camps, Mariachi Camp We would LOVE to have these programs this summer. On the form you can indicate if you are interested and we will follow up in the Spring with details!

Before a student’s re-admission, the following items are required:

● Complete and sign the form below for re-admission.● Indicate any family demographic changes● Up to date Immunization record with all required vaccinations by TX Dept. of Health● Court-Certified Copy of the Custody Section of Any Existing Divorce/Separation or

Guardianship Decree (if applicable).● Cleared financial obligations by end of 2020-2021 year.● Payment of Enrollment Fee (by Feb 1 for early fee, by first day of school if after)

Need Tuition Assistance?

1) Apply for Hope for the Future (HFF) Tuition Assistance ASAP (only open to K5 to 8 thGrade)

HFF provides need-based tuition assistance for Catholic and non-Catholic students who meet eligibility requirements in the Archdiocese of San Antonio. Tuition assistance is prioritized by financial need and based on available funding.

o First Round Assistance Deadline i s in April with notification of approval by May.o Second Round Deadline is in June.o Apply at https://online.factsmgt.com/aid when application opens in JANUARY.

2) Do not qualify for HFF, need additional funding, or an alternate payment plan? Set upa meeting with school Principal to discuss. We can only award additional funding asresources allow and will work our hardest to support you!


Welcome Back! Returning Student Tuition and Admission for 2020-2021

Returning Student Registration Fee: !!! EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNT: Register by Feb. 1 !!!! $300 (1 st student), $500 (total for families with multiple students)

Registered after Feb. 1: $475 (1 st student), $425 (per sibling up to 2 siblings) Fee covers Archdiocesan Testing & PTC dues, Curriculum Resources, and Technology Support. Price does not include FACTS fee of $20 to $50 depending on your tuition payment plan (we do not receive this fee).

All fees support our operations and are non-refundable. Discounts

● $75 Registration Fee discount for military families for each family.● 10% Tuition discount for each sibling.● 5% Tuition discount for military families per child.● $35 tuition discount for families that receive Hope for the Future funding for

2020-2021.

Tuition Rates: Payment is accepted only through FACTS.

Before and After School Care Rates 7AM to 7:45AM: FREE Dismissal to 6PM: $200/Month

Drop in Rate: $10/Hour Late Pick Up Fee: $5 per mi

Additional Expenses ● AIAL Sports Fee. Billed month of first sport played. 5 th -8 th Grade, $100 for

one sport, $150 if playing multiple sports.● 8 th Grade Graduation Fee due by November 15, $75● Mandatory School Fundraiser due by January 15, each family must sell or

pay for $100 worth of Catholic Life Tickets.● Lunch $3.50 PreK3 to 2 nd Grade, $3.75 3 rd to 8 th Grade
