specification.

� Witness and inspect hydrostatic testing for Vessels, Columns and

Exchangers.

� Take Reference and Final Bolt-UT readings for bolted joints at zone 2-4.

� Accept or Reject joint tightness based on Bolt-UT measurements and

result of visual inspection

� Put a seal on accepted flanges

� Advise Authorize Foreman on failure mitigation actions in case of flange

rejection.

� Report to SEPL Executing Engineer QC progress and all cases of TFA

non-compliance.

� Manage data files and prevent data corruption or losses.

� Cooperate with Tensioning / Hydraulic torquing supervisor (supplied by

TET Alliance) to acquire Reference and Final measurements of stud bolt

loading for all tensioning / Hydraulic torquing job
