Ryan Miner files Candidacy for Washington County Board of Education

Hagerstown, M.D (February 25, 2014) — Ryan Richard Miner, lifetime Washington County resident and local business development director for Cumberland Valley Heating & Air Conditioning, announced today his candidacy for the Board of Education of Washington County

“Education has always been a personal passion for me,” said Miner. “I have declared my candidacy because I believe I can bring a fresh perspective and a new voice to help improve upon our current Board and ensure our children’s future success.”

Ryan Miner is the Chief Development Officer at Cumberland Valley Heating and Air Conditioning in Hagerstown, Maryland. Born and raised in Washington County, Miner attended Washington County Public Schools and was a 2003 graduate of Williamsport High School.
