Improved conditions for workers:

The minimum wage is now €9.15 per hour, the 2nd increase since 2011. We have alsostrengthened the rights of workers through ground-breaking collective bargaining legislationand establishing a Low Pay Commission.

Investment in Schools:

The Capital Plan will deliver €3.8 billion in funding for schools. Fingal is set see 17 new schoolbuilding projects as a result, including two new post-primary schools for Swords andMalahide/Portmarnock opening in 2017.

Increased Employment:

Since February 2011 unemployment in the North County has fallen by 32.8%. 100,000 new jobshave been created since 2012 and the Government is on target to have 2.1 million people inemployment by 2018.

Legislating for climate change:

Ireland is one of the first countries in the EU to legislate for climate change.

Better deal for working families:

� Extra Pre School Year which means children from the age of 3 and half to 5 now have accessto free childcare.

� 2 weeks paid paternity leave now provided for working fathers and families.

� Free GP care for children under 6 years old.

Better Transport for Fingal:

The €27 billion Capital Plan will make life better for commuters in Fingal:� Metro North is back on the table

� The Dart line will be extended to Balbriggan
