Russia is a federal presidential republic. The Constitution

was adopted by national referendum on December 12,

1993 setting framework of the rule of law and the division

of powers.

The executive power is split between the President and

the Prime Minister, but the President is the dominant figure.

Russia. It has two chambers: the State Duma – the lower

house, and the Council of the Federation – the upper

house.

of the year Russia welcomed 22 thousand Thais
