It takes a knowledgeable professional to diagnose student needs. It is student centered.

Instructional efforts are coordinated between tiers I and II.

Interventions are highly engaging interactions.

The focus is on acceleration over remediation.

It requires rich assessment that incorporates both formative and summative measures.

Our Roadmap to Instructional Excellence is for every student and every teacher. As we go forward we must be committed to insuring that every child has access to the guaranteed and viable curriculum. RtI is one of the “best practices” that we will need to reach our target!
