RSA ‐ SecureID Token Re‐Synchronization 

If RSA authentication fails and correct PIN and Tokencode are known to have been entered the token may require resynchronization.  This procedure will resync the token with the RSA server. 

(Assumes user knows PIN, and has already set up security questions on Self‐Service portal) 

STEP 1:  From the main Portal.cchosp.com login page, click on the RSA token help link: 

  

STEP 2:  Enter your user ID.

STEP 3:  The RSA Self‐Service console window is displayed.  Click “Troubleshoot a problem” 

 

STEP 4:  Answer your personal security questions.

STEP 5:  Select the ‘SecureID Token’ radio button and click OK. 

 

STEP 6:  Check the “Other or not sure” radio button and click the “OK” button to proceed.

STEP 7:  Click the “YES” button to proceed. 

 

STEP 8:  Enter the current code displayed on the token in the first field.  Wait for the next code to be displayed and enter the successive code in the second field then click the “OK” button to proceed.

STEP 9:  After the token is resynchronized, wait for token code to change then test the token by entering User ID in the User ID field and PIN+TOKENCODE in Passcode field and clicking the “Test” button to proceed. 

 

STEP 10:  When the test succeeds, click the “OK” button to proceed.  The Self‐Service Console Home page will be displayed.

STEP 11:  Click the “Log Off” link at the top‐right corner of the window. 

 

STEP 12:  Reenter the URL to return to portal.cchosp.com
