Rajasthan's Higher Education Minister Bhavnar Singh Bhati has repeat- edly said that the Gehlot government is sensitive government and committed to Provide quality education to the students of the state. Gehlot government is also working on upliftment of Girl education. Bhati admitted So many times Rajasthan governments needs much more experi- enced lecturers in colleges. Education Minister Bhati has also publicly expressed his deep concern over the shortage of teachers in the colleges of Rajasthan. Bhati admitted in a press conference in December 2019 that there are 6500 approved teachers posts in the state col- leges and only 3500 teachers are serving. So that more 3000 experienced lecturers is short in the colleges of Rajasthan. Also 125 to 150 teachers are getting retired every year in higher teaching. The posts of newly opened col- leges have not yet been included in the posts of these 6500 teachers. General Secretary of Rajasthan University and college Teacher Sang Vijay Kumar Aery said that to maintain the level of higher education in the state the Gehlot government should immedi- ately increase the retirement age of teachers in Rajasthan universities and colleges from 60 to 65 years. Its Also rec- ommendation of UGC which is already implanted in more ten state in the coun- try. In Rajasthan The teacher-student ratio in the field of higher education has also increased considerably. Because more than half of the posts in colleges of the state are vacant. Arey said that in this regard, we have already given repre- sentation To the Chief Minister Ghalot sh in January 2020 and also received pos- itive assurance from the Chief Minister in this regard. Professor Vinod Sharma of Rajasthan University said that today there is a short- age of qualified and experienced teach- ers in universities and the way the pro- fessors are retiring, there will be a con- siderable shortage of professors and associate professors in the state univer- sities. which will badly effect the NAC Grading of the state universities. Also qual- ity of research work will also be hampered. Which is primary need of the state in this situation. Professor Sharma also said that the age of retirement in the college cadre had been included in the condition of the seventh pay scale issued by the UGC. Dr. Arey said that the kind of situation that exists today and after July 2020, more than 150 colleges in the state would not be prescriptive because they don’t have principals as per norms. Dr. Arey emphasis when state gov- ernment has made the age of retirement 65 yr in medical education, there should not be any harm in applying it in colleges and state universities. If state government don’t increase retirement age 60 to 65, experienced prof and associate prof will move towards centerel universities. Arey provided calculated benefit to the state if government increase retirement age of college teachers from 60 to 65. First they will not be given by the state half of the pay as pension per month upto five yr. second on the retirement college teacher will get 20 lakh as gra- tuity, 20 lakh as leave encashment, 30 lakh as commutation of pension thus a total of Rs 70 lakh comes with this. Third amount of state insurance and GPF, If it is added then the amount of one corer is to be payee by the state govt to the each teacher on retirement which will be deferred upto five yr. at this moment when state government facing severe financial crises it will shift immediate burden of the state. In next five yr more then 825 col- lege teachers will be retire from deter- ment which will make financial burden of 813 corer rs on state goverment . If the retirement age of college teachers is raised to 65 years, then the immediate financial burden on the state government deferred.. Arey said that after ten years of 1985 in Rajasthan, college teachers were recruited in 1995, due to gap of 10 years of recruitment, today the experience of promotion related to administrative posts / CAS posts, after 1995, selected teach- ers Not in a position to complete yet. As a result, the situation is likely to remain vacant for the next two years. For the purpose of improving the administrative system of the college, the retirement of 60 to 65 would be in the departmental interest. Arey clarified that in the condition of today's corona epidemic, where the finan- cial situation of the state government is terrible, the employees are not being given DA, their salary is being deducted. The government can carry forward its 815 crore load for five years. Arey said that if a teacher retires, then he will have to pay 50% of the amount every month as a pension as well that will also be defered. The state government reduced the burden for next five years if the government's retirement age of colleges teaches is 65 years. At the same time, the level of quality edu- cation in the state can also be maintained by increasing the retirement age to 65 years. After the arrival of the corona epi- demic, in the colleges of the state, between 80 and 120 students are compelled to sit and take education in each class. In the coming time, it will not be possible for a teacher to teach a class more students sitting together. After this epidemic of the corona, it will not be possible to seat more than 30 to 40 students in classrooms. In the coming years in colleges more classes will be required for the students. In such a situation there will be a scarci- ty of teachers in colleges will take away students from higher education which will be a harmful condition for state govern- ment. Arey said that Chief Minister of the state Ashok Gehlot is ground to earth leader he is well known for his sensitivi- ty. So we hope he will take judicious deci- sion immediately on this long pending issue. State higher education minister Bhanvar Singh Bhati assured that soon the retirement age of college teachers would be increased but after spending a long time. The situation of indecision is increasing financial burden on the state government. If state Government not increase retirement age of teacher in high- er education very shortly then may be possible higher education system of the state collapsed due to lack of qualified teachers. All the central universities and many states in the country increase retirement age of teachers in higher education as per UGC Norms . Professor Vinod Sharma told that the retirement age of teachers in higher education from 60 years to 65 years already implemented in The Central Universities of the country also in the state of Bihar. Today Need Raising retirement age of Teachers in higher education Bohra Ganesh Mandir O ne of the most revered temples in the town like the Moti Dungari Temple of Ganesh in Jaipur, the Bohra Ganesh Mandir is located in Dhoolkot area not far from Govt. Ahad Museum. The origin of the name of the temple is very fascinating. It is said that 70-80 years ago, people who needed money for purposes such as marriage and business would write the requirement on a slip of paper and leave it before the idol. Soon he would get the amount somehow or the other but interest had to be paid. All this continued for a long time but when some persons became dishonest and did not pay the inter- est in time, this practice stopped. One who lends money is called Bohra. This is how the Lord here came to be known as Bohra Ganesh. It is said that the temple was originally built by the Joshi family of Udaipur on a platform in the open field. Believed to be over 350-year-old the ‘pucca’ tem- ple was built during the reign of Maharana Rajsingh (1652-80) in the north-east corner outside the city and was called Borganesh. It was completed on Phalgun Shukla Saptami v.s. 1719. One special feature of the temple is that the idol of the Lord is facing east and is in a dancing posture. In the beginning, the Maharana gave gold to a goldsmith who made ornaments in attractive designs which were then offered to the Lord with great reverence. According to Joshi priests of the temple, Sindoor paste was put on the idol in the past and then it was covered with Malipanna. Layer after layer of this mate- rial made the idol very thick. When efforts were made to remove the extra layers, there was a miracle and all the layers fell off automatically. Since then, ‘ghee’, ‘itra’ and ‘golden vark’ are being used. A large number of devotees visit the place every day. For some of them, ‘darshan’ is a must before they do anything else in the morning. On Wednesday, the day dedicated to the Lord, the number of visitors shoots up. Elaborate rituals are performed every day by the Joshi family that also manages the other matters of the temple by turn. It has become a custom in Udaipur to begin every auspicious celebration like weddings, ‘grihpravesh’, ‘mundan’, etc in the family by taking the invitation card first of all to the Lord’s Mandir to invite Him. A small idol of the Lord is taken home and returned after the celebration is over. After the fulfilment of their wishes, devotees arrange Dal, Bati, Churma ‘prasadi’ in the premises of the Mandir in which relatives and friends are invited. The ‘prasad’ is relished as the Lord’s blessing. At this famous temple, the festivities begin a day before Ganesh Chaturthi. There is night long ‘jagran’ and ‘bhajans’ in praise of the Lord are sung. The auspicious day begins with ‘abhishek’ early in the morn- ing, followed by ‘Mangla aarti’. Then the idol is tastefully dressed with ‘sone ki aangi’, thin gold foil pasted with a coating of ‘ghee’ and ‘itr’. A lot of jewellery is also put on. Flowers are used to make it more attrac- tive. Grahshanti Yagna is also performed. Dhwaja is offered before the aarti at noon. The evening ‘aarti’ is performed at sunset. The ‘darshan’ is open throughout the day and closes with ‘shayan aarti’ at midnight. Devotees keep visiting the temple with floral garland, ‘laddus’, coconuts, etc. as offerings. - Ashok Mathur Raising retirement age in higher education will be the icing on the cake for Gehlot government: Dr. Arey Udaipur: The coronavirus has spread worldwide, and the coronavirus has become like the third world war. Three lakh people have been killed all over the world so far. In a scientifically advanced country like America, more than 70 thousand people have been killed. The health services that Italy, Spain is known for, have also killed several thousand people in each country. India is the second-most populous country in the world. The lockdown has been going on in India since March 24; it is still running today, all traffic has stopped, the Government of India, the Government of Rajasthan first expressed its concern and the locked-sdown administration implementation is need of the hour. Some chaotic elements did the work of throwing stones, spitting notes on the road, where people of administration, doctors, nursing staff and people who are help- ing people by risking their lives, There is a need to deal strictly, people in the country who are in the provinces here and there want to go to their respective homes. Their system has now been initiated. Mazdoor class and middle-class people had to face the difficulties, and they could get food, now small industries should also be started carefully. China created the resentment among the people from Bat and other poisonous animals, and the virus was to be supplied by Pakistan to India. How can the year that India is emerging as a powerful country be destroyed, the doc- tors and scientists who prepared the virus in China and doctors and scientists were also hit. It is difficult to estimate how much this virus killed the population in China; Chinese news cannot go to the outside world because there is an iron curtain.Lockdown has been going on all over India since March 24; it is still running today, all traffic has stopped, the Government of India, the Government of Rajasthan has first expressed its concern and the locked-down administration is a voluntary organization. The doctors and police officers are fully engaged, leaving the family worried. It is happening very high in the Ramganj market in Jaipur, Rajasthan. It is alarming to increase the number of infected people in Udaipur, but we must face it bravely. Maulana sb.of Tablighi Jamaat in Delhi has also done more work to improve the corona. The Tablighi Jamaat gathered five to ten thousand people and spread the corona in every corner of the country. In the deadly form of the coronavirus, the world has been shaken. It needs to be dealt with vigorously. People in the country who are in the provinces of this place want to go to their respec- tive homes. Mazdoor class and middle-class people did not have to face the difficulties, and they could get food. Now small industries should also be started with caution, which people can get some employment. Raising retirement age of Teachers in

higher education from 60 to 65 Today Need

and requirement of state. Gehlot gov-

ernment should take immediate Step on

this long pending issue its truly in the ben-

efit of state Dr. Arey says.

In the area of higher education Ashok

    Gehlot Government taken bold decision

by opening of New colleges in rural areas

and Tehsel headquarters to benefit the

    students of Rajasthan. state government

also open New medical colleges and new

universities. so that the quality education

will be provided to the students of

Rajasthan. After getting an higher edu-

cation the youth of the Rajasthan should

    stand on their feet.

The retirement age of teachers in med-

ical education has already increased to

    65 yr’s. Rajasthan's Higher Education

Minister Bhavnar Singh Bhati has repeat-

edly said that the Gehlot government is

    sensitive government and committed to

Provide quality education to the students

of the state. Gehlot government is also

working on upliftment of Girl education.

Bhati admitted So many times Rajasthan

    governments needs much more experi-

    enced lecturers in colleges.

    Education Minister Bhati has also

publicly expressed his deep concern over

the shortage of teachers in the colleges

of Rajasthan. Bhati admitted in a press

    c o n fe r e n c e i n

    December 2019 that

    t h e r e a r e 6 5 0 0

    approved teachers

    posts in the state col-

    leges and only 3500

    teachers are serving.

    So that more 3000

    experienced lecturers

    is short in the colleges

of Rajasthan. Also 125 to 150 teachers

are getting retired every year in higher

teaching. The posts of newly opened col-

leges have not yet been included in the

    posts of these 6500 teachers.

    General Secretary of Rajasthan

    University and college Teacher Sang

Vijay Kumar Aery said that to maintain

the level of higher education in the state

    the Gehlot government should immedi-

ately increase the retirement age of

    teachers in Rajasthan universities and

colleges from 60 to 65 years. Its Also rec-

ommendation of UGC which is already

implanted in more ten state in the coun-

    try.

    In Rajasthan The teacher-student

ratio in the field of higher education has

    also increased considerably. Because

more than half of the posts in colleges of

the state are vacant. Arey said that in this

regard, we have already given repre-

sentation To the Chief Minister Ghalot

sh in January 2020 and also received pos-

itive assurance from the Chief Minister

    in this regard.

    Professor Vinod Sharma of Rajasthan

University said that today there is a short-

age of qualified and experienced teach-

ers in universities and the way the pro-

fessors are retiring, there will be a con-

    siderable shortage of professors and

associate professors in the state univer-

sities. which will badly effect the NAC

Grading of the state universities. Also qual-

ity of research work will also be hampered.

Which is primary need of the state in this

situation. Professor Sharma also said that

the age of retirement in the college cadre

had been included in the condition of the

seventh pay scale issued by the UGC.

Dr. Arey said that the kind of situation

that exists today and after July 2020, more

than 150 colleges in the state would not

be prescriptive because they don’t have

    principals as per norms.

Dr. Arey emphasis when state gov-

ernment has made the age of retirement

65 yr in medical education, there should

not be any harm in applying it in colleges

and state universities. If state government

    don’t increase retirement age 60 to 65,

experienced prof and associate prof will

    move towards centerel universities.

Arey provided calculated benefit to the

    state if government increase retirement

age of college teachers from 60 to 65.

First they will not be given by the state

half of the pay as pension per month

upto five yr. second on the retirement

college teacher will get 20 lakh as gra-

tuity, 20 lakh as leave encashment, 30

lakh as commutation of pension thus a

total of Rs 70 lakh comes with this. Third

amount of state insurance and GPF, If it

is added then the amount of one corer is

to be payee by the state govt to the each

teacher on retirement which will be

deferred upto five yr. at this moment when

    state government facing severe financial

crises it will shift immediate burden of the

state. In next five yr more then 825 col-

lege teachers will be retire from deter-

ment which will make financial burden of

813 corer rs on state goverment . If the

retirement age of college teachers is raised

to 65 years, then the immediate financial

burden on the state government deferred..

Arey said that after ten years of 1985

    in Rajasthan, college teachers were

recruited in 1995, due to gap of 10 years

of recruitment, today the experience of

    promotion related to administrative posts

/ CAS posts, after 1995, selected teach-

ers Not in a position to complete yet. As

a result, the situation is likely to remain

vacant for the next two years. For the

    purpose of improving the administrative

system of the college, the retirement of

60 to 65 would be in the departmental

    interest.

Arey clarified that in the condition of

today's corona epidemic, where the finan-

cial situation of the state government is

terrible, the employees are not being given

DA, their salary is being deducted. The

government can carry forward its 815 crore

load for five years. Arey said that if a teacher

retires, then he will have to pay 50% of

the amount every month as a pension as

well that will also be defered. The state

government reduced the burden for next

five years if the government's retirement

age of colleges teaches is 65 years. At

the same time, the level of quality edu-

cation in the state can also be maintained

by increasing the retirement age to 65

    years.

After the arrival of the corona epi-

demic, in the colleges of the state, between

80 and 120 students are compelled to sit

and take education in each class. In the

coming time, it will not be possible for a

teacher to teach a class more students

sitting together. After this epidemic of the

corona, it will not be possible to seat more

than 30 to 40 students in classrooms.

In the coming years in colleges more

classes will be required for the students.

In such a situation there will be a scarci-

ty of teachers in colleges will take away

students from higher education which will

be a harmful condition for state govern-

    ment.

The Eeducation in remote areas of

Rajasthan not going to provide any extra-

ordinary relief in today's condition. Sate

    government facing problems on net-

    based national distribution system and

Jan Dhan schemes. Results of e based

system in remote areas of state is not

    very pleasant.

Arey said that Chief Minister of the

state Ashok Gehlot is ground to earth

leader he is well known for his sensitivi-

ty. So we hope he will take judicious deci-

sion immediately on this long pending

    issue.

    State higher education minister

Bhanvar Singh Bhati assured that soon

the retirement age of college teachers

would be increased but after spending a

long time. The situation of indecision is

increasing financial burden on the state

    government. If state Government not

increase retirement age of teacher in high-

er education very shortly then may be

possible higher education system of the

state collapsed due to lack of qualified

    teachers.

All the central universities and many

states in the country increase retirement

age of teachers in higher education as

per UGC Norms . Professor Vinod Sharma

told that the retirement age of teachers

in higher education from 60 years to 65

years already implemented in The Central

Universities of the country also in the state

    of Bihar.
