Because the F514 is on a fixed routeschedule that can deviate off of route,the time points on this schedule areapproximated. The bus can run 10-15minutes after the listed time pointsthroughout the day. The bus will neverbypass a time point before it isscheduled to.

How do I schedule my

deviated pick-up or drop-

off?

Customers can call between the hoursof 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Mondaythrough Friday to schedule a trip at801-287-7433.

If you need an early morning trip(before 11:00 a.m.) the deviatedrequest will need to be made the daybefore. Deviation requests can bemade from 2 hrs up to 7 days inadvance before the needed trip.

F514 will not operate on weekends orholidays.

THE 11400 South

FLEX

Route F514, The 11400 South Flex, isa bus route that provides localservice and connects to other UTAservices. The service is uniquebecause residents can use the setcourse or they can call to schedulethe bus to pick them up or drop themoff up to 3/4 mile from the fixedroute. These scheduled deviationrequests are taken on a first-come,first- served basis and the bus maydeviate up to two times each trip.

The fare for the standard service atdesignated bus stops is the same asany other local bus or TRAX service.Call Customer Service for currentfares at 801-287-7433. The fare for ascheduled deviation is the standardapplicable fare plus $1.00. The $1.00deviation fare covers both a pick-upand a drop-off deviation for one ride.

What does Curb-to-Curb

service mean?

It means that UTA will stop at thenearest curb to pick-up and drop-offcustomers. They will also assistcustomers as they board. UTA doesnot provide door-to-door service andwill not go to the door, knock orassist customers through the door of

Transfers

Upon payment of a fare, a transfer is good for travel in any

direction, including return trip, for two (2) hours until the time

cut. The value of a transfer towards a fare on a more

expensive service is the regular cash fare.

Bikes on Buses

The Bikes on Buses service is available on all buses, except

Flextrans and Ski Service.

Holidays

UTA does not operate on the following holidays: New Year's

Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
