Rot iso l has developed a range of f lat and arched pizza ovens, a long t radi t ional cooking l ines, combin ing a door wi th an internal

l ight to maximise internal v iewing. Gas or e lectr ic, these ovens are developed to produce pizzas with per fect texture on a stone.

Equipped with sta in less stee l bodies and a stee l or enamel façade depending on choice, and a heat-res istant br ick cooking sur face,

The Bras i l ia rot isser ies benef i t f rom an a l ternat ive cont inuous cooking system that a l lows a whole chicken to be gr i l led on a spi t in the t radi t ional way or on a grat ing, to prov ide var ious sty les and

tastes. The grat ing or “crapaudine” procedure involves roast ing a revolv ing open mar inated chicken to prov ide a product whol ly

gr i l led both above and below, and a brand new rot isser ie del ight . The device increases cooking volumes, which are doubled, whi le energy consumpt ion leve ls are reduced by the same proport ions.
