Christmas MarketRothenburgs Reiterlesmarkt is among the oldest Christmas markets with an over 500 year tradition. The affectionately decorated Christmas market booths in midst of a fairyland backdrop of the Middle Ages, an appealing atmosphere that is hard to find elsewhere. Crooked lanes, white rooftops and tempting scent of Fran-conias typical white Glühwein (hot mulled wine) – just the way one pictures this most romantic time of year. A colorful program with brass band concerts and more get visitors in the mood for Christmas.

WeihnachtsmarktDer Rothenburger Reiterlesmarkt zählt mit seiner über 500-jährigen Tradition zu den ältesten Weihnachtsmärkten Deutsch lands. Nirgendwo sonst ergibt das Zusammenspiel der Traumkulisse des Mittelalters und der liebevoll

dekorierten Weihnachtsmarktbuden eine so stimmungsvolle Atmosphäre wie hier. Verwinkelte Gassen, die verschneiten Dächer und der Geruch des für Franken so typischen weißen Glühweins – so und nicht anders stellt man sich die stille Zeit des Jahres vor. Ein buntes Programm mit Bläserkonzerten und vielem mehr stimmt die Besucher auf die Weihnachtszeit ein.

Mercatino di NataleIl Reiterlesmarkt di Rothenburg è con oltre 500 anni di tradizione uno dei più antichi mercatini di Natale. In nessun altro posto si crea un’ atmos-fera cosí particolare come quella che nasce dall’ unione della favolosa cornice medievale con le bancarelle decorate con cura del mercatino. Stretti vicoli, un panorama di tetti imbiancati della neve ed il profumo del vin brulé bianco, tipico della Franconia – proprio cosí ci si imma-gina il più romantico periodo dell’ Anno. Un vario programma con concerti di strumenti a fiato e molti altri eventi trasmette ai visitatori l’atmosfera delle feste natalizie.
