Emotions and feeling do tend to be

felt in your body in ways that are

generally consistent from one

person to the next, irrespective of

your age, sex, or nationality.

It is necessary to take care of your

body. It represent the essence of

what you are.

ways , students shall carry

out activities as a review to

determine whether

understood the lesson
